Love this place. Fair prices and helpful friendly staff. Was a little disappointed that they didn't have any check out bags on my last visit, since I had a large order. The clerk even said they had been out for a few days. I think that could have been resolved sooner, besides that, all other visits have been great.

Stephany did an amazing job, she definitely stands out, She went out her way to attend me find small breed food for my picky eater chihuahua. She made me feel comfortable after showing different kinds of foods, i felt comfortable and felt well informed with the bag i got this time! I usually do not get this type of help when i go shopping there but Today Stephany Made that different! I didn't feel lost in making the best choice for my dog! I felt guided and i can tell she really cares for the animal! A raise for her would not be a bad idea, her bubbly personality and passion for animals and customers definitely shines of her! Great job Stephany! And the grooming lady with orange hair aslo for being kind and recommending food as well!!!

A year ago this review would’ve been different but the past visits have unfortunately changed my opinion. Overall clean store and animals seem to be well taken care of which is great!, however the associates seem to generally dislike professionally assisting customers. Different associates have been annoyed when asked for assistance, you don’t generally feel welcome and when you ask for help you will be referred to someone else who then doesn’t help either. I’m not quite sure that’s a sustainable customer service model that’ll maintain a consistent and attractive shopping experience.

Great store and great employees! We went looking for fish and were very pleased with the saltwater and freshwater fish selection. Bethany was the employee who helped us and she was incredibly kind and shared a lot of her knowledge with us about the turtles they had.

Went in to purchase a fish for my child's birthday. The associate in the aquatic area was beyond helpful and offered so much advice to get us started. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Glad we decided to check out Petco instead of purchasing from Walmart like we did previously. We learned so much during the visit about different fish, tanks, and what she recommends to keep them happy. Great customer service. She was passionate about helping us make the right choice for our family.

Many types of pets to choose from. From fish to ferret's. Guinea pigs to Rats. Bearded dragons to pythons. Food for most any type pet as well as toys, bedding, and much more. I would recommend this place no doubt. Hero enjoyed the ferrets the most I think.

Prices are actually decent here. I see prices all across not the nation, but across between a lot of distance between here in Buford and South Georgia, specifically Tifton Ga. For the T-lovers tarantula, there were a many tarantulas on sale here. It came as a surprise to me because as far I've not seen so many tarantulas on display as I seen here.

Employee wouldn't sell me a goldfish for my 3yr Daughter cause we didn't have a 20 gal aquarium. I just thought this was funny to me as they keep theirs in a 10 gal aquarium all bunched together. Needless to say we went to PetSmart and they gladly helped us!

I have been taking my dogs here for grooming for almost 3 years. It’s my first time having a problem one of the groomers did a cut on my dogs paw and he had red spots I did notice red spots but they always get irritated because they go short hair, they are shih tzu’s didn’t notice the cut in the paw until days after because he was licking I went in to Petco and let them know what had happened the groomer manager told me that maybe one of my dogs bite him on the paw I took him to the vet the vet said that it was most likely from the grooming because it was a straight line cut, not a bite. I went back and gave the bill to the manager and they called me and said that they couldn’t pay it because I report the incident five days after he was groom they offer me a 30% discount but I told them that I was not going to take them back for grooming. I was disappointed to see that they don’t take responsibilities of what they do
