I love the staff at this location they always have my dog looking amazing when he comes in for a groom and always treat him with such care. Today I picked him up from a groom to find him with the most adorable bandanna! My stylist is Becky and I will always be returning to her! I hope everyone has such amazing experiences with this location as I have.

I love you guys! Traci at the front desk is always so very nice and helpful. Matt has always been awesome with his knowledge related to animal issues and care. I have been seeing Dr. Weiher for a very long time and have always had a good relationship with him. You guys are very kind, caring animal loving people and I appreciate all that you do! Needed to get a new harness for my dog. One of the Petco associates were able to provide great guidance, and showed us a really easy and simple harness to use. I had purchases and a return, and was able to do it in one shot instead of two different transaction, that was so amazing, I can rarely get that in any store. Thank you Petco for making that such a easy experience.

Thank you mean girls at Petco grooming, for your ugly behavior towards Pepe when I bought him in for service. This was the universe way of telling me, I can do it myself and save $70, during this inflated economy. It propelled me to do something I have been putting off for sometime. I ordered these amazing Pet Clippers from Amazon, as you can see, he looks amazing!

I wish the refill for cat litter was closer to the front of the store. It would make it easier to carry the full bucket to the front to check out. Also, I wasn't aware of the Friends/Family event until I received an email after my visit. Cashiers should suggest using this discount, it would save repeat customers and gain new ones.

I like this store a lot, I appreciate a place that has sales on items, and they're always nice and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked at all times. My only issue is that they give a super serious 22 questions interrogation before you can get any fish. I've worked at a PetSmart myself before and we weren't allowed to simply deny someone from buying fish. But that's what they did to us here. They demanded a water test from us before we could get fish. I've had fish all my life, I shouldn't have to share every detail about my tank and then still be told no because I admitted I didn't test the water that day? No thank you. So, we went elsewhere for the fish. The fish are still alive btw. I bet their fish sales would rise if they would stop with the silly interrogations. But other than that! The store is wonderful and I enjoy coming here often. The cashier I recently had was a young man and the most kind and patient person ever! I will have to get his name next time to compliment him properly to his manager but I was so frazzled one day recently because we're in the middle of dealing with a very sick cat and I forgot my money in the car and he was so sweet he let me run out really quick and his whole attitude was just awesome. I will definitely shop here for my kitty's and turtles.

Great people and atmosphere. My daughter's dog Quill loved walking around, picking his treats, and getting the love from the staff. If you visit, make sure to bring your pets in.

Do not go here for grooming. Used to be great, Rachel who was awesome and gave us her card seems to be gone. Disorganized, slow service is what remains.

I went to get a bag of dog food. Ended up adopting a new puppy.

It seems like the last few times I went to this store, they have been out of the food that I always get for my cat. I am so done with this horrible store. And they don't seem to even care that they don't have the food you want to buy. Will not go back again. I am very happy going to Pet Smart. They seem to have everything I need for my cat.
