Easy to get to and great parking. Store seems older than it is. Might be the layout on the inside. Store was well stocked, but looked like a big box store. I was buying a few saltwater fish. To he associate had a difficult time catching them. Everyone was polite and helpful.

The store was clean. However, I recommend not bringing your dog here for a haircut. The lady with blue hair will damn near rip your dogs face off. I went in to grab fish food and a filter and watched her grab a cocker spaniels mouth and yank it around to cut the dogs fur. While I was shopping, I noticed the dog sit there and be very well mannered. she needs to be removed from the dog grooming station.

I drive 45 mins up to Goshen because the offer kitty litter refills for my bucket from home. Love this eco friendly option!

I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy, she is almost 4 now. Haileydoesn't work there anymore and Jennifer have never had any issues with her. For whatever reason the last time I took her she was groomed by Vicky. When I went to pick her up I was told to go pay first and then they would her. This was a different process than normal. After I paid and left a generous tip I was told the groomer and manager wanted to speak to me. I was told that Piper was a misbehaved dog and that I could not bring her back. Vicky and the manager were both extremely rude. I later received a call from Jennifer who informed me that I could indeed bring her back as she had never had any issues with piper. We will definitely not be returning.

This is my favorite place to get everything from cat food to light bulbs for my turtles and everything in between. The staff is great and the store always is stocked with everything I need.

VERY EXPENSIVE! OVER PRICED! Very nice associates, I will not ever shop there again, I'll go back to my favorite store and that is TSC!!

I’ll start off by saying that after shopping around locally at different pet stores this one is the cleanest, most stocked, and best quality. On top of that, their staff has always been super helpful and given me personal attention. I’d like to commend Maddie for her excellent service. I walked in during a visible “rush” and after looking around for what I needed, I went to the front to ask for help and Maddie was quick to assist. Her mastery and expertise in aquatics made my shopping smooth and easy. I was most impressed not only by her knowledge, but by her energy, because as she was helping me, other patrons were her questions and she was able to smiling and manage her tasks like a beast! That’s one hard working employee who knows her craft. Thank you.

Only petco carries my dog's brand of food, "The Honest Kitchen".

They acknowledged us and asked us to walk around while they waited on those in front of us and then took care of us! We just got a nail trim. Very quick. No appt needed.

One of the ball pythons is underweight. And the bugs for the reptiles are all dead. Also I had to wait forever in line. I just don't recommend any petco or petsmart because they are absolutely trash
