Tyler is so awesome!!! He should be paid top dollar for his expertise and customer service. I hope he opens his own Tarantula shop someday. I know many collectors frown upon pet stores dealing tarantulas, but Tyler really knows how to properly care for them. We promise to take care of this T the best we can. It's a truly special specimen.

My Yorkie had her very first grooming appointment with Denise and she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and was very patient and kind. When I picked my baby up, Denise made sure I took advantage of the perks and discounts Petco had to offer and spoke with me about any concerns she had. My baby Phoebe looked so good and Denise listened and did exactly what I wanted. Glad to have found a nice groomer with the help of these reviews. Thank you Denise and Petco!!

I come here every time I visit from all of the way from Florida. They have so many options to choose from. The employees are very kind and helpful. Trisha is the sweetest and makes you feel right at home. Thank you Petco !

Huge selections in every department. Prices were a little high but nothing too crazy. Staff was super friendly and it was super clean inside. Everything was neat and organized on the shelves.

I have never been so disappointed. I came here in October and scheduled my dogs next grooming appointment for today at 2pm. I went in and they couldn't find my scheduled appointment. They couldn't find room for my dog, after waiting how many weeks. No discount or apology horrible customer service. So sad. Im more mad about the service and no opology than anything. Oh well it's their loss. I scheduled elsewhere and will never set foot in Petco ever again.

Whenever I need help in here I look for Drew. She’s always happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. One time I had ordered a cat tree online but once I got there it was too small. They don’t list the sizes of the perches online she had to get a few different ones down from high up and did so happily, without even a hint of being aggravated. She gave me her opinion and I actually bought 3 pieces. The next day I had a fish problem and went in and was happy to see her and she was just as helpful. What a great employee petco! I hope you give her the recognition she deserves!!

My new pet store. Way better than pet smart...killed my whole tank of 13 fish starting over with petco...pet smart had ick fish... so far I love petco every tank is clean more variety of fish...

Atmosphere is ok, staff was a bit rude in the fish section, as I was looking for one to buy sure told me to move out of the way to move a giant ladder that she could have took around a different way or at least waited a minute or two. Cats in the adoption area stink and arnt taken care of properly, dirty litter, empty waters, and fences in cage. Bring your own hand sanitizer.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO DANIELLE! Not only did she go above and beyond helping me find certain products you carry, she has an extreme amount of knowledge which are 100% real facts! I hope Petco Management reads this she deserves a raise! Thanks Danielle

We go here often for our dog food and fish supplies. My son loves looking at the fish, turtles and birds. Quick help from staff.
