Petco

I was looking at another big pet place just down the road but they didn't have the dog food selection this Petco has. This photo is a sample of what I couldn't find at both the other pet store and a local boutique pet shop. Friendly staff, it was a lively atmosphere with adoptions and shopper, so will definitely return! Oh! Bring your own bag, nice to see they're doing what Europe has been doing for years - being environmentally conscious in not just handing out plastic bags. We should be carting around our bags anyway.

Staff has always been very helpful. We go there for fish for our aquariums and have had great success with them. They're tanks are always clean with no dead fish floating around in them. Great selection, too!

I was charged 10 cents for a flimsy bag to take my items home in. Why not provide a bag of quality, one that is reusable? Was there a notice on the door warning people you had to pay for a flimsy bag to take your items out of the store? Crazy!

Went is for a deep brushing for our cat and was disappointed for the 2nd visit in a row with the results. We feel the appoints are rushed and our cat isn't getting the attention it needs to stop her from shedding.

Gabbi was the best groomer. Very patient with my pet and she did an exceptional job.

The 5 stars goes to tamera. She does a great job grooming my dog. I recommend to my sister to her. My dog be so comfortable with her!

Everyone was nice and the overall place is clean but if you don’t specify exactly what you want multiple times they will give you what they think you want. Overall, they were very nice with my dog and she was comfortable with them.

Great customer service. However, they should welcome more people in when entering the store and use Who are you shopping for overall good store.

Say they have a 10min late policy. I walked in at 3:08. They said 3:10 but still would not take my dog. So why do you say a 10 min policy? So don't be 8-10mins late bc they dont abide by their own policy. They make up rules as they go. personally I think it had nothing to do with the time they were discriminating against my dog. Petco has lost my business. I will never return.

Please update website. Online stated that a product was available and once I got there the salesperson stated that they hadn't seen the product on the shelves in quite sometime.
