I just wanna share a good experience I had with a young man named Phil,I came in looking for information on shots for a new 9wk kitten he answered every question i threw at him with really great advice I call that amaZing customer service and really being good about knowing his job and information provided was above and beyond I think Phil should be recognized for his exceptional customer service and he was super knowledgeable of everything all the store products even explaining how there hospital there works
This store is very clean. Everyone is friendly. I just wish there were more associates walking around to help us, not just the cashiers. I have found what I'm looking for because I have shopped there before. But every visit can be different and at times we need help finding new things. I don't leave negative reviews because of not having enough associates. I leave them when I get bad customer service and I've always received great customer service at the cashiers. Just wished there were more on the floor. But overall I love this store.
Out of stock of the cat food our cats need to eat. When I asked for additional stock they said maybe a truck would arrive tonight.
highly recommend everyone check the receipt before going to cashier to pay. Ask them the number from! Over charged $34.50 nobody told us! Be careful this store.
The fish section was filled with algae and half dead fish. All the tanks were dirty and none had the proper care. It was heartbreaking. The store itself looks like it's renewed but they should still take care od their fish.
If you have a fluffy dog DONOT get it groomed here . They will skin your dog. They do it all the time here saying it's because " my dog has nots" when she doesnt. I take her to a professional groomer and they leave her perfect WITH HAIR every time so i don't understand why these people cant do the same . Just plain laziness. I do not recommend taking your dog to get groomed by them. I Recommend going to Fresh pals!
Everyone there is super helpful and friendly! I wish there were more kitties for adoption to visit! Usually there's just one. Animals are well loved here!
Took my pup in for a nail trim as website said such drop-ins welcome. They were able to do as advertised. The groomers were friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Store was clean & well organized & included a cleanup station for any pup “accidents”. My only negative was an unexpected $0.99 “materials fee”.
Shadow loves going for his spa day. He has some favorites for sure but loves everyone. They are so sweet to him and he always looks and smells fabulous.
Been coming here for years for grooming and vaccination services and always on point. It's either you show up on time and get attended or show up late and skipped. Go on write a bad review for your poor decisions cause you had options.
