I called to find if they had a telescoping ramp for my basset to get into my SUV. After confirming, I traveled to the store - near $5 a gallon gas. It was a bed ramp with a fold down brace. However they were having a nice sale on dog halters! So I bought a couple.And the gentleman on check out was very accommodating and personable.

Selection varies.. Supply Chain disruption has made a lot of things difficult.. Decent selection for birds reptiles and smalls like my Bunny... Dog and cat stuff Galore! I still prefer to support the smaller pet shops any chance I get!

Absolutely LOVE this store!! Marcus has been training my puppy for the last few months and he is absolutely wonderful!!! He has the highest level of patience and is extremely caring. Truly has the biggest heart. He gives us the best advice and skills for training our puppy. My pup LOVES coming here and seeing him! Aliyah also groomed our puppy for the first time and she did such a wonderful job. She was so sweet and also very patient with him. Highly recommend these two!

This is a very nice store with really good selections. If love better help in the reptile section getting insects, and a better cart return. However the staff is quite friendly even when met with rude customers I unfortunately saw first had, as a customer tried to return a used opened item after the 30 day return policy had passed, and they get you through the line quite quickly if there is one. We enjoy stopping here when we can.

Brook the store manager took care of issues we had at the store and also made sure my daughters fish were replaced. She demonstrated kindness and respect while also delivering information needed to gain aquarium knowledge and showed great leadership. There is a true difference between a leader and boss and this manager has it all! I'm impressed by the professionalism while handling my complaint.

Went in today to buy dinner for my snake and was greeted by Theo and he was AWESOME! He was so helpful, kind, and VERY knowledgeable and taught me more information that was needed about my snake. My snake will now live much longer and grow even faster thanks to Theo! We hope to encounter his customer service again! The best yet!

They were absolutely wonderful and quick to help. I went there cause my 91 yr old neighbors other parakeet had died and being a widow she said she felt all alone and I knew that could be remedied quickly. I bought a male/ female pair with a few neighbors pitching in when they heard about it. Her tears of joy and gratitude just absolutely heart warming. Long live the birds!

Kim at Petco is magic with clippers and shears with my Bichon Amelie. Amelie comes out of there absolutely beautiful and never overly anxious! My hat is off to Kim!

Sadly I have to give at least a star to be able to do a review, or else I wouldn’t give any. Made a appointment for my dog at the grooming center & when we got there the lady who’s the receptionist was very rude, seemed as she was racist and was talking to my dog with a whole attitude, my dog is very friendly but with her he was scared and wouldn’t let her touch him…no wonder why. She was very awful and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog on her hands, so I had to cancel and leave I won’t recommend this place and will definitely never give them a try.
