The Vet Tech and the Veterinarian we very nice, and very good with my very nervous dog. They sat on the floor with him and let him come to them to help with his anxiety. I appreciated them meeting him on his level. I had a couple questions they answered for me, and refilled his flea meds and anxiety meds. Pricing was exactly what it should be, compared to other vets, and I loved that they give you the price before work is done, so you know what to expect ahead of time!
The store itself is nice. But the cashier was rude. We asked if they price matched and she said only with their own store prices if they differed from an online offer of theirs . We asked if we could check, but the phone was slow so she just finished our order and sent us on our way . Walked away from her register as soon as she handed us our receipt. We couldn't fins any help while looking for a item either.
My dog loves going here to visit and get here hair cut. Everybody is very friendly and truly care about you pet. Love this place.
I can't stand that you do not have a receptionist. And your prices have become outrageously high. It costs me around 85 for a bath/groom including a tip for a Morkie. I pay 100 for my haircut. I'm really annoyed all the years I have had my dogs groomed there I have never had a free groom. I am going to find someplace else to take my dog.
Have come here for grooming for the last several years but after today, I will not return. Dropped my dog off for his bath and explained to the groomer that he is usually afraid of loud noises like blow dryers, but he’ll be ok and just finish. Got a call from the groomer after the bath that he was “freaking out” at the dryer and they couldn’t continue due to his age. When I asked what she meant, she got short with me as if how could I DARE question here “I’m TRYING to explain to you sir!”. Since I didn’t have 45-60 minutes to let my wet dog air dry, I opted to pick him up instead and dry him off myself. When I showed up 5 minutes later to pick him up, the groomer came out with the most annoyed, angry look on her face, refused to engage me in any follow up conversation and stormed off before I could ask any additional questions. Last time I will be visiting this location due to the absolutely unprofessional behavior of the groomer.
Overall experience was good, just wish you had more than 3 employees working at one time. Walking around the store I'm handicap, trying to find someone to help me was difficult.
I usually don't review shopping experiences but I was impressed. We came in to pass time for a preschooler to see the animals. We were so lucky to have a knowledgeable & courteous employee take time through the feeding time to give us a tour and explain about the fish & reptiles. We learned just as much as if we had a private tour at the zoo. Thank you for making this otherwise ordinary day an extraordinary learning experience!
I saw the video of a guy telling the employees that he didn't appreciate gender-neutral bathrooms in a pet store. The attitude of the employees showed that they had a blatant disregard for his opinions as a customer. Therefore, I believe this business doesn't deserve any more than one star.
Worst, most horrible experience I've ever had in my life. The Petco groomers are rude and refused to groom one of my dogs because I had given her calming medication after PETCO ADVISED ME TO DO SO. Then, they canceled the appointment which took me 2 weeks to schedule because nobody answered their phones for my other dog after I took time off work to bring him in, and they refused to provide an explanation. The manager also refused to talk with me. I will never go back there again.
My online order was fast and easy with a quick run into the store to pick up my hard to find Royal Canin food.
