Busy, friendly and professional. I enjoyed watching the dog groomers work. It also happened to be a vaccination day. I was surprised to find out they had dog training lessons also. I like this store a lot!

My visit was one of the best visits I have ever had at a pet supply store. The store is tidy, stocked full, well staffed, and pleasant. We were greeted and treated kindly upon arrival. We easily navigated through organized aisles to the areas we needed to shop in. The animals seemed clean/happy and cages were freshly made. We were helped by Lisa with purchasing the proper grooming supplies for my long hair med dog mix. In addition she helped us purchase the correct items for our ball python. I trust her knowledge and expertise because since our purchase my dog has shed less/has a shiney coat and in addition our ball python cage has never looked better. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and it was truly helpful. We will come here again.

I only give this place a 5 star because I was bring helped by Kayla at the checkout. She was nice and helpful. She taught us that if we scan the items with our phone app we can price match it online and get it cheaper. She helped us saved an extra of $15 and that is very nice of her. She also introduce us to the vital health care program for us to save more since we Groom our dogs at petco!! Very nice of her!!!

Took my dog for a grooming session. Dropped her off at 11am and she was ready by 1:45pm. When I picked her up she still had crust in her eyes and smelled like wet outdoors and pumpkin spice. Customer service was great, professional, and kind. They did a great job clipping and buffing her nails. I spent $70.

Great place to get discounts occasionally picked up a larger 40 gal tank 50% off because my turtles have outgrown there current tank

The walk in vaccinations are a good time and money saver. The doc was great. The checkout usually has one employee and it takes several minutes for a 2nd one to show up even when the line has been long for a while.

I like the products offered however the staff needs to make sure they have and are sharing the correct information. I ordered an item via their website and used klarna. Doordash, delivers their same day delivery. The dasher left the incorrect order. Petco was telling me I needed to call doordash and doordash said I need to resolve the issue with the store. The male manager at the store did not do a good job of listening and was incredibly unhelpful. Luckily I've used Petco since I was a kid and am very familiar with how to cancel or correct order issues. I had called the headquarters to cancel the order. Petco employees please be mindful of the information you are receiving and relaying. The information that your manager rudely provided was incorrect. Listening to concerns is important. For issues like this doordash needs the customer to handle it via petco NOT doordash.

Petco offers a good variety of high quality dog foods. However, they are often out of stock for many items and the aisles are often cluttered and messy.

Decent variety of products. Usually more expensive in the store than on their online app, but they will price match. All you have to do is show them the product online. Bit of a pain but if you want to save some money ......

love it or hate it Petco has your stuff. they have done remarkably well making sure their livestock isn't contaminated.
