irresponsible staff. I've made an appointment, they sent me many confirmations. And when I arrived another staff told us that they are running late about one hour! One hour?! Are you serious? Also, it seems to me that stuff don't smart at all cuz they gave us 2 choices: waiting or rescheduling. I see another way the staff who running late should get a high fine or if it is not the first time just fired them. Or if u know about your staff just notify people!!! It so simple!!!
Edan went above and beyond on helping us with service. He was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about our pet care. My husband and I are grateful to have found a person who works hard and cares about the company's values. Thank you Edan, will be sticking to this Petco as long as we can because we have found a home with your ability to take care of us.
Aquatic section is AWEFUL!! the fish is always sick, the plants are infested with black beard and others are completely dry. No water agitation in the goldfish aquarium. Plus the dog food area is full of unknown bugs. Buying fish from this store is not recommended at all!
Horrible Grooming service, I DON"T RECOMMEND This store recently changed their groomer and the new team is horrible but the previous one was a nice guy named GAIL, I made an appointment 2 months ago and when took my dogs there they said you don't have an appointment, then after more than 30 minutes hold they said they just have an opening and accept my dogs but when I went to pick up the dogs, one of them was still dirty and the other had skin cut with bleeding. They also charged me an extra $25.00 for each dog and also they charged me extra for tools and supplies plus the grooming cost. I asked the lady why my dogs are still dirty she responded to me that "I did what I could do". A couple of hours later the dogs started scratching themselves and I looked closely and saw they were full of fleas, I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS STORE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOGS.
The groomerGabriela C cancel my dog appointment and when I called to asked her the reason , she was so rude on the phone and for reschedule very impatient!!! I asked her to cancel my dog appointment bcz the date she gave me didn’t work , then she hang up the phone on me !! Really !! Is it my fault that she changed my dog appointment on a date which didn’t work for me ?!! Anyway I never take my dog to this place bcz angry people never can be nice to animal too !! Pls. Be careful about your pet as well !!
If you are planning to get fish here wont recommend this place .. see the pictures . Most of the tanks have a dead fish indication it is not healthy tank other than that it is good store for other pets . Friendly staff and easy checkout ...
Friendly staff and a wide selection of items, but a lot of stocking happening in the AM, made it hard to walk some of the aisles.
The store is very well maintained. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful.
Perfect y enjoy the place me and my buddy coco shop there all the times they have his kind of food what him frosty and jazz love to stay healthy do shop there in the fallbrook one
This is just for grooming but we went in and chose the middle fur coat length and the woman I think she is new, her name is Parus and the rest of the grooming staff completely shaved him down to his skin and charged us 112 dollars. The poor dog is so uncomfortable and he looks so embarrassed and it was just an awful experience all round.
