We drove in from Kearney and all I have to say is Emily in the aquatics department has got to be one of the most knowledgeable people that I've met in the Tri-Cities so far. She's helpful and friendly, and gives great advice and exchanges knowledge incredibly well. The aquatics team is god tier. Photo 1 is some of the shrimp we bought today that we have acclimating. And the rest of the pictures are the setup we have at home, to show that they are going to well kept environment!

Wonderful place, excellent staff. No cats or dogs but lots of lizards and snakes. Got my wife bearded dragon she has been wanting for her birthday. Thank you to all the help in getting everything done. I would definitely give them 20stars if possible.

I'm a Veteran of 7 Years, from The Persian Gulf War, Through Desert storm. I walked All through the store, with my service Dog, looking to find the machine to make him a tag with his name & my ph #. Not one person offered any assistance, Yet, when I Did Find it, The Lady told me I have to have him on a leash even though his harness has a control handle. If that's how they treat Veterans & Service Dogs, I'll not go back for Any Reason

We have 2 Labs who are incredibly high strung and need to be brought in and out in a manner that is a little more work for the groomers. But Haily is The BEST! Very patient and understanding. We keep coming back for her!

Jeb and Nova were the employees that helped us today. They were so friendly and patiently fielded our many questions regarding the tree frogs. This is an updated review to reflect our improved experience with our local Petco. Please keep it up! :

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always upbeat, friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. My dog always loves when i take her.

I got a hamster for here and it was so cute but I was Thinking that I didn't have to drive to another store because the cages were right there and I get my dogs food there and it is the best dog food my dog has ever had

Bought a guinea pig for my granddaughter. Had to return her as she died 3 weeks later. They were great about refunding till the granddaughter could pick out another one.

The people working kind of ignored the customer. The poor animals are very poorly taken care of All the reptile cages were filthy. For something thats is supposed to be done regularly, you can tell it hasn't been. The food that was in the baby bearded dragon cages were ripped up so largely they couldn't even eat it if they wanted it I felt bad for the animals there.
