We had a fantastic customer service experience yesterday with the sales associate by the name of Thom. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and was absolutely great with our boy Nikko! He helped us pick the perfect harness for him and it made a world of difference on our walks.

Jane always treats Toby like he is her own dog and does a great job of grooming him.

I bought 2 camel shrimp and one punch of macro algae for my saltwater tank. I properly acclimated my shrimp and both died within two days. My macro algae is dying after 3 days. I've never had this issue when buying creatures from a shop. I also say very small baby watchman gobys that were too small to be purchased and most likely wouldn't survive the transfer to a new tank, and one of them already has scoliosis. I them couldn't get my money back or replacement shrimp when I called because they came from a saltwater tank. Never buying Saltwater creatures from Petco again, my recommendation is going to New Richmond Ace Hardware. They have a saltwater and freshwater section, rodents, birds, and lizards/snakes. They are all very well taken care of, and I've NEVER had an issue of my fish dying when I bought them from there. The woman who gave me my fish though was wonderful. Very polite and educated on what she was doing. Shout out to her for being a wonderful person and employee

You can find many nice fishes there plenty of nice fish tanks.

I will preface this by saying my dog loves coming here to get his nails done, and the staff is usually so kind and accommodating. Now the downside: We pay for VitalCare, which is a nice benefit, but we're never able to utilize it due to 'short staffing' in the grooming department at this location, which has been going on for at least the past 4 months. I called corporate to try to shut off my monthly payment and can't because it's an annual subscription. Because it's for a nail trim, I'm unable to book him an appointment since those are 'walk-ins only'. So frustrated.

This is our go to pet supply place and grooming. Can't go wrong woth the Vital Care and all those reward dollars for all the things our dog, guines pigs and Axolotl sanctuary need. Totally love this place and the staff who are the best!

Love Petco, employees are always nice and helpful. Their Vital Care program saves you money. Also their customer service 800#, always provides excellent service!! My Dr one time using the 800# got help and placing orders, very customer centric. Thank you!

First off , I’m not sure who will see this. I had made an over the phone appointment for my dog Milo. She asked me if he had his papers updated? I told the Lady my dog Milo had an update appointment with Vetco for his Rabies shot was not due until August 22 she said, “they could take him over the phone”. As an African American woman I show up to the appointment. She asked to see my paper even though I asked her if he needed my paperwork over the phone she said he was in the system an over the phone she said, “she had all of his information! When I got there at the correct appointment time July 27th at 9:00 they made another appointment for 9:30 am to wait for me to go back to get his paperwork I had to drive back home to get the information to prove to hear what I had over the phone. After I got back another lady said, “sorry” we can’t take him cause of his not having a rabies shot! She had me go through these hoops only to turn Myself and my pet away! I showed up that Saturday at Vetco appointment in the same store and the Vet looked at my paperwork and said, “that the ladies was wrong for turning you away, you are up to date “ and they should not have done that”! He asked, me “to get the manager “. I told her what happened and she tried to fix it with 30% off! Because of the discrimination for my troubles” the Ladies caused she’d I should’be given me free grooming for my troubles and the 2 women reprimanded for the blatant discrimination she never mentioned that this would happen I was so upset I had to leave the ladies had no compassion for my situation I unsuspectedly walked into!

We came to this location to get our regular dog food that most locations carry. We didn't see it on the shelves and asked an employee, Chris if they had any. He went to the back and found the one bag they had in stock. At checkout another employee was helpful and informative.

Ok, I am still in shock for the excellent work that Jane did… she is amazing and works with love and dedication… I asked her for a cut for my dog ​​and she did it perfectly… my dog ​​is happy !!!
