The animals having fresh veggies, reptiles separated by size and not cohabbed, many tarantulas! beautiful healthy animals that had no mites, stuck shed or URI which is a very rare sight! They had a skinny pig which was so exciting! They were clean, beautifully stocked with many products and I was able to get enclosures for my tarantulas. Best Petco I have ever visited on the east coast!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The groomer did an excellent job with my energetics puppy. Very pleased with the outcome. Only negative was I was charged more then it said online..

Friendly staff and attentive when I walked in. Excellent services offered with great prices. Staff treated my dog with great care. My only complaint/concern is the beta fish on display. Many of them was dead or barely hanging on, which steers me away from buying any type of animal at this pet store. Please look into providing them with better display and care as you have a selection of them to choose from than pet stores. I'm providing 4 stars because of the beta fish situation but over all my services was handled and no complaints.

We went for tick spray but ended up interacting with the sweet birds!! Didnt buy anything due to not having the product we were looking for. Helpful employees & clean environment. A good spot for your pet needs.

Very clean inside, no animal smells even though they had many animals for sale. The shelves were well stocked and the staff were friendly.

Maybe a good store, but terrible grooming staff. I have used the grooming service several times mostly for nail trimming and every time the staff has been impatient, aggravated, aggresive, and rude. I will no longer be using them after the latest visit where I was screamed at for showing a little concern for how they were dragging my dog around. If you can't have patience with animals, maybe you shouldn't be working with them. Please seek other establishments until they resolve their staffing issues.

Pet Co in Glen Burnie is awesome! I got all that I needed for the little fella and was given expert advice and help. I would give them 5 stars if they honored veterans with a discount!!

I walked into the store with a customer asking for a manager do to the lack of dead fish and animals in their tanks… I turn around and saw employees scooping out dead fish into a trash can in a hurry because the customer had mentioned calling animal control or police to make a report on animal cruelty

Never buy an animal here. I have pet mice at home and naturally always take a look at the small animals when I’m buying items for my own. I saw a baby male mouse half dead with half of his tail missing and bite marks all over it. For a corporation the size of Petco, they should know its dangerous to house male mice together. I inform the cashier and she says, in so many words, they’re snake food. Even if people with snakes paid $6 for a live mouse, which they don’t - Petco makes them suffer first. Horrible business and they should be ashamed.

The associates that work there are very knowledgeable and they are also pet lovers. They spent quality time helping me navigate through all the necessary things I need for my kitten. I am very thankful
