I went to this shop for the first time. I wanted to buy a litter box and something for my cats. They have a huge variety of products in the store. There were more cat and dog toys lined up in the store. They have seasonal products too. Of course, many dog ​​toys were lined up at the store. There are many types of Litter boxes, dry foods, and canned foods, which can be purchased individually. Almost all shelves were tidy it up. Easy to find out what I need to get. But unfortunately, the cashier was so rude to me.
No one would wait on me they were to busy talking,, I wanted some fish from your saltwater tanks, I told the lady at the checkout counter about it and she apologized for it. I was going to spend $300, in your store, so I went to the pet shop across town, they are way more happy to get my business from me and there fish were cheaper, thanks pet co, for saving me money, I licc CC e 80 miles from town and have been buying stuff from you guys for ov10 years. Not anymore
Shelves were pretty empty for what we went in for. And the guy checking us out told us we had to pay for our plastic bag. Since when did Petco start charging for a simple plastic bag?

Other than the fact that I enjoy their grooming aspect of their company for my big pups but they're over priced, which I can live with, but to charge me 10 cents for a bag, just to carry the 120 dollars for 4 bones and some cat treats. Like what!! The time before I went in there, the kid had to answer his text and send a message back before finishing my order. Granted, I haven't seen him sense. But like what? This isn't a high class store. The heck you doing charging for bags?
Great deals. Really care about pets. Grooming is good and consistent. Annie needs more perfume though. Patient to get you the best at your best price. Plus I like to shop with my Annie who's not welcome everywhere. They listened to what I said and reviewed. Excellent job this last time. I will be back!
Employees seemed retarded and offered zero assistance. If you want poor service goto Walmart they're at least cheap.
Living in a small city where the big box store doesn't carry much variety, anymore I can always find what I need for my two dogs and cat at Petco. The operative word here is I. They are very friendly at the checkout but it is hard to find someone to help you throughout the store. The best I ever seem to get is a generalized it's over there and a point in the right direction, somewhat. Not very service-oriented. That, unfortunately, seems to be the case just about everywhere, anymore.
All was helpful and friendly, and I was showing off my dogs. And greeting other dogs. In short it's a great place to go shopping
