Truckers: tight area to get to for unload. Enter from Bomgaars gate and go back around to pet co. Be advised gate is locked after 5:30pm and you can’t get through to pet co after that. Receiving and management are super nice and professional and will take you early if store not busy. Like I said, tight area to park and unload from. They don’t have an official dock but have a dock machine for pallet jacks.

Great pet supply store with great service. When we walked in, the staff immediately assisted us with looking for what was needed. And then when we got to the checkout line, the line was short and it was very quick to check out.

Hit and miss with this place. It's expensive, shelves are haphazardly stocked, and don't even think about getting assistance from an employee because they seem to disappear whenever I need help finding something. That being said, the cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Jereca is awesome! Very friendly and always willing to help. Lexi, on the other hand, really needs some customer service training! She’s very rude to both customers and co-workers, alike! I see this every time I’m in this store! We as customers feel very uncomfortable when she belittles co-workers in front of us!

Petco is always great! It is one of the anecdotal examples of a large company in which customer service is still present. From what I remember from 10+ years ago, Petco's focus on consistency has not diminished, unlike many other providers. Tha KS and keep up the good work.

I went in to get some supplies for a new cat. I gathered my desired items and headed up to check out. I stood up by the register for around 5 min and no one was there. So I went searching for someone. Ran into someone that was stocking shelves and said I was trying to check out. This was met with, "someone should be up there" in a dismissive way. Stood up by the register for another few min and someone came to help me.

I went looking for a specific brand of cat food but couldn't find it there. So I checked the price of what I usually get and was surprised that the price was slightly higher than where I usually get it. But Petco offers so much more than the big box stores as far as pretty stuff goes. So I can overlook the slightly higher prices for the food.

Everytime I go into this store for crickets or fish supplies..i have waited forever...over 15 mins.. just to be helped by an incredibly rude lady employee...this has happened more then 3 times...this last time I walked out of the store and drove to petsmart...this is straight up poor customer service July 24th....I was just in your store to buy fish and your employees are just as rude as they were back then...I walked out and refused to buy fish after dealing with her.

Refill of food on the buffet..took longer than usual. There were several empty dishes. The Wait staff were great at removing plates and refilling our drinks.

Love coming to this store for both grooming for my dogs & supplies for all species of pet. Crystal does a phenomenal job when my dogs come in for simple nail trims and ear cleaning. Especially because of how overly dramatic and vocal my husky mix is. She is so patient and skilled at working with even the craziest of dogs. She deserves all of the tips, bonuses, and raises. I cannot recommend her enough.
