Lanae' went above and beyond in grooming. She helped me with the app process for scheduling and she did amazing on Ruby Ann's hair. I highly recommend this facility. Very clean!

Went to get a tank for my son bday it was half off and got him a tank he's been wanting for a while for cheap!! He's really happy with it! Store was very clean, animals looked healthy & well cared for, staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend for fish needs and more!

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this one I have no problem with. So we called to see if they had ferrets, but since we were so far away, we asked if they could stay open for 5 minutes longer. And they said no, which i understand, seeing that that is their house posted. But we drove 505 miles to get this ferret, and they knew we were coming. Btw poor attitudes over the phone from the manager. We arrived exactly at 8 it just changed, and they wouldn't let us in knowing we were coming and going to cut it very close. I was extremely disappointed with poor customer service.

Clean store, wide selection, staff was friendly and helpful. I adopted a cat that day as well, which went very smoothly.

The girls who took care of my kitten were super nice. Making an appointment online was easy. I would recommend Vetco services.

Came here for a new filter, and ended up getting some critters. I specifically wanted a few pregnant ghost shrimp, which I know can be irritating in a full tank, and the employee was so helpful and nice about it. Then my mom wanted a neon tetra, and it took the other employee a while to catch the little guy he was so quick. I'm sure it was probably a little urksome to them, but I couldn't tell a bit. I just had to brag about the employees.

Great staff. I got both of my dogs nails clipped and buffed. Didn't take long at all and they did very well with them. I give grooming a 4star but the fish area needs some work. Tanks aren't very clean and most of their aquatic plans were rotting and not a very good selection.

Great groomer. Amber S takes care of my corgi every time and always gets the tail shaved nicely. They gave my dog a free treat as well.

The groomer Melanie J is incredibly kind and highly skilled. We are always happy with our dog’s grooming and happiness when we pick her up.
