I came in for a good dog food for a pug. I was introduced to dog food that for a small dog and the first 5 ingredients were real protein. She loved it without adding her usual turkey, or broth or cheese. That's how good it was. The sales profession was amazing!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I was looking for aquarium mates lately for my grey cichlid Spike but I guess he has to be a loner. At first I had got 4 cichlids but he was the only survivor so 5 months had past n I wanted to try again to get him some friends but in between the fights with a different cichlid that was supposed to be a great companion to running the last 2 loaches to death I think he is happy alone wit his mirror I put by his aquarium to give him the impression of a friend he visits on a regular basis.

They always have what I need but I can never get it because it's 14,15,16 layers deep on a pallet that hasn't been unloaded and stocked on the shelves. Always pallets of product on the floor but not touched. I'm not paying $75 for a 34 lb bag of dog food when the 18 lb bag I need last me 90 days or more and I can literally see it 15 layers deep on a pallet. They didn't even have the smallest bag to get me by this time. Done with this place

It has been a Saturday and I believe they sold out of a lot this evening. I browsed through instead of just rushing in and out like normal and they have rats for sale. I did not know this, not that I was looking for one but if you are. They have them here! I checked out the Guinea pigs and they are super cute. See pictures and go get one!

I recently finished Puppy 1 training with dog trainer Thailand Hunter and it was great. The method that was shown throughout the 6-weeks was super effective when trying to train my 4 month old toy puppy. Puppy was able to pick up all the basic skills plus more.

It's a good place, but they should improve their cleaning, nobody wants to see a cockroach on the floor while shopping. and less if you are with your pet and he could eat it

Took my dog for a nail trim decided to stay for a full groom. When I went to pick up my pet the price I was quoted changed due to they added a materials fee. When I questioned this I was told it was for shampoo ect. I explained I wasn't informed of the charge and requested a copy of the document I was required to initial which I didn't sign and was refused a copy. I was told that it was store property. I then requested to takena picture of it they refused again. The staff then proceeded to ask me to leave the store and called the police dept. On me. I waited for them to arrive to understand my legal rights. They weren't helpful as the store manager wasn't available to speak with...crazy experience never in my life have I ever experienced such a thing in a store.

It smells absolutely disgusting in there like urine and non living animals. It is not clean by any means. The betta fish look sick. There are no lights on in the fish tanks. I honestly felt bad for the animals and the conditions they were in. Lizards look fine though. Bring your flashlight if you want to look at the fish.

I stopped shopping at this location for 2 reasons, number 1, the place smells awful and the last time I was looking for a particular canned cat food, didn't see it, I asked an associate on the floor, man was she RUDE. She either didn't want to be there or she woke up on the wrong side of the bed!! I told her you need an attitude adjustment, I left and drove to Petsmart in Cordova and had the best experience and they are well stocked.

Their prices are a little higher than most places but they do have all the pet needs and more. Also they have fish and food for other animals. This location has a grooming station inside. Not sure of the price but you can ask. They also give training lessons for 100 plus dollars and up with the select packages.
