Petco - N. Little Rock

Just went in for some catnip, but I did look around. The store was clean and the funky smell that you sometimes expect a pet store to have was very faint, so that's good. No adoptable pets this visit, though they did have the cutest guinea pigs for sale along with a few little birds. The cashier was really nice. Overall, a nice store.

The worst pet store! It smelled awful, was so dirty looked like it had not been swept in some time. There were SO many dead fish in the tanks. Even bettas that are in their own cups, half of them were dead too! It was really sad in there.

Love the grooming Salon but have issues with the male cashier. He has been very rude to me on several different times. I avoid his register when i can. I am on a program there, which is why I still shop there. I am looking into finding another store to go to.

Great experience for 9yo grandson buying his 1st 2 leopard geckos. The staff were above helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you all very much.

Cody was aggressive towards my male ScotChuy and then wanted to shift the blame on my wife . Needless to say... We will no longer be taking our boys there and we will tell all of our fur baby parents the same . Also I wouldn't give them a single star!

I allowed an employee to sign me up for the 'Vital Care' program. They bill my account $10 and some change monthly. The employee told me I can cancel at any time. They signed me up there in the store, and I was not able to see or read the 'terms and conditions.' However, I was told I could cancel any time. So, I tried to cancel in May 13, 2023, because I was not using the program. The person that took my call told me it was a year's subscription and that I could not cancel until October, since that is when I was signed up..... When a company lies to me and proves to be untrustworthy in any particular situation or area, I do not trust them at all with future business in any area; and, especially since I have done business with them for years. Pet Smart which is less than 1 mile from this store has now earned my business without even trying.

I love their grooming service, they’re always friendly and my dog enjoys going to them and always so playful when he sees them which tells me they treat him well, and every once in a while he comes with a new bandanna for being a “good boy”

Our standard poodle, Sadie, has never looked better! Justine did a fantastic job with grooming! Highly recommend her!!

The person checking us out was super helpful in knowledge of taking care of our leopard gecko even better. Gave us recommendations on stuff that other places sell as well. Definitely come here for your pets care, these are employees that care as much as you do

New management has definitely upgraded the store as a whole. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates.
