Petco - Tanasbourne

Took my dog here for the first time to get groomed and he ended up getting both his ears cut, that caused some minor bleeding. The groomer Josie let me know it had happened and petco offered to have my dog seen by vet. He is overall okay- but I would just be cautious of grooming services here. My dog has been groomed before and he has never been hurt in the process.

We met our new groomer Daphne. She was awesome. Thank you Love, Chloe and Scrappy

Took my cat in for deshed brush out, sanitary shave and nail clipping and was very satisfied! The groomers were very kind and thorough with me before starting which I appreciated. They did a great job and when she came out - my cat looked better and happier than I would of ever expected. Will definitely come back!

Tried to take my dog here for grooming but they turned her away because of her age! What kind of thing is that to say I mean I understand why since they explained their was a death at another building of an older dog. But they had nothing posted of this not taking any older dogs nor did I receive a call or anything about it. As much as the store manager wanted to express that they did call me to cancel my appointment I received nothing. It doesn’t change the fact that all dogs are different and some handle the stress better than others. I will never go back to Petco or promote it to any of my family or friends.

I made the mistake of ordering live fish online from Petco. Big mistake. They charge as much for the shipping as the fish, and a bag of 6 showed up dead because the "vendor" they use does not know how to pack fish for shipment. It took 4 hours of getting repeatedly disconnected from customer service to get my refund, and even then I had to wait days for an answer from " corporate". I will NEVER do business with Petco ever again!

Do not recommend their grooming services. My appointment was cancelled last minute with a text, did not help reschedule or apologize, and when I called and wanted to rebook over the phone they booked me for a bath only and not the whole grooming services. I was told on the day that they didn’t have enough time to do a haircut, so had to cancel again. Not going back, very unprofessional staff.

Went in for cat litter, store had pallets everywhere, items piled up blocking aisles. There was not enough room to move around freely and shop. Left without purchasing anything due to the situation

Went In there ended up buying 2 Halloween costumes for our cat which turned out amazing and it was fun to browse around and see all the cute things Nice people Nice environment

What a mess of a store. The girl checking me out jams her finger in her mouth then uses that hand to grab the item to ring it out. Then the item rings up as $19.99 when there isn’t a single tag on the shelf that lines up with that price. Thankfully a manager arrived to resolve the problem and adjust the price. The animals don’t really look happy or taken care of. A bearded dragon was sitting in its own waste. Won’t be going back.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 3 years when I moved out here. Since then I have dealt with poor management and constant questioning. They have all the records on file and should be a lot more prepared. I even filed out the pre screening online prior to the appointment. I’m done! You would think that the whole Covid pandemic would have thought them how important customers are.
