I got a e-mail from Nationwide insurance.Nationwide is conducting ariel inspections of homes.  As a result, it appears there is miscellaneous yard debris which creates higher risk of personal injury/claim.  I have attached the photos from Nationwide for your reference. Nationwide currently has your homeowner’s policy set to non-renew effective 12/20/2023. One is a photo of clean up bags we are using to clean up a flower bed and put into canvas bags. The second is of two carts out in the back of the yard used to haul debris. Nationwide is using satellite photos that you can't even make out all blury with streaks running thru them. Well my answer to Nationwide is USAA.

Pete has been writing insurance on my restaurant for so long now I can't remember when we started. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, easy to reach, easy to talk with, and is a concerned and caring insurance professional who only represents high quality insurance lines. I have been insured with the Pete Webb Insurance Agency for over seven years, and I have always been 100%+ satisfied. It was very refreshing to actually meet an agent who seemed to genuinely care about me and my family and wasn't just trying to sell me on everything.  Pete explained in detail and clarity the coverages best needed for us.  My previous agent would barely return phone calls let alone offer sound advice.  Pete's suggestion on a simple, inexpensive "sewer back up" rider paid off within six months when our basement flooded!  It never was suggested to me prior!  I'm so grateful.  After learning that Pete also could assist with longterm investment advice and such I invited him to educate me further and he gladly did; again, no pressure--just facts.  I've never met a better insurance/financial planning person and now have everything with Nationwide and the Webb Agency.  Highly recommended.

I am a small business owner and I needed some help with my insurance. Pete’s agency was able to help me figure out what I needed. Since it was all new to me I was at their mercy and they did not disappoint me, I understood their explanation of what I needed and we moved forward with the policy. Now I feel comfortable operating my business knowing I’m appropriately covered! I would defiantly recommend Pete and his agency, they are the best!

Pete is a true insurance pro who makes doing business easy while giving good information and advice  .  He quickly returns calls and attends to the issue at hand.
