Attorney Peter Reed Hill has over 28 years of experience in immigration and criminal law. He is uniquely qualified to handle both areas of law; particularly as one affects the other. In addition, he has extensive Federal Court experience challenging arbitrary immigration decisions. He is the author of the immigration law section of the leading treatise of Georgia State Criminal Law: “Daniel’s Georgia Criminal Trial Practice.”
Mr. Hill is originally from Rhinebeck, New York. However, he and his wife have been residents of the Atlanta area since the mid ’80’s, where they've raised their two sons. He has lived abroad in Barcelona, Spain, in Germany, and Russia. He is an avid fly fisherman and golfer. He is a frequent guest on Spanish speaking radio and has appeared on television shows speaking both Spanish and Russian. Mr. Hill is fluent in Spanish and Russian.
