Peter's Funeral Home has been so helpful to our family in our time of need, my parents had previously taken care of most of the arrangements themselves so it would be easier on the family when they passed. But it was still very hard to go and deal with making arrangements when you just lost your dad. There was still decision that needed to be made. Richard and his staff made it easy and were so kind and caring going through the process with our family. They checked on us after the funeral just to let us know they cared. Thank you so much!

My sister and I were pleased to find that we were able to arrange our father's funeral at Peters Funeral Home.  It was a one-stop shop for all that we needed.  I was able to get the service arranged they even waited while I called the speaker and the veteran band, the flowers ordered, and the Veteran headstone ordered.  Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful.  The people at Peters Funeral Home were very kind and compassionate.

I would like to Thank everyone at Peter's funeral home in Shafter.  My Mom passed on October 22, 2022. They helped and took care of everything from picking up Mom to taking her for her last ride home. I grew up in Shafter and was really put at ease by how my Mom was taken care of from start to finish. The person who picked my Mom up from the hospital Danny, I grew up with but haven't seen in 40 plus years. He called my sister to let her and I know he was the one to get her home to Shafter. Then when we showed up to make the arrangements, I see another familiar face, Sunny. Not just the familiar faces made it a little less painful but everyone we talked to, Bernice and Nicole were so incredibly helpful. Even a couple of months after, I still get emails from them. They emailed me asking how I was doing and offered me any help needed and they are there for my sister and I. Then my Mom's birthday was the 31st of December and I wake up to a message from them. Wow who does that anymore? Not many from my experience. These people go above and beyond any expectations I had. This has been the hardest time of mine and my sister's life's and these wonderful people have helped us more then I could have ever asked. Unfortunately we will all need these services someday. When you do, you could never find a more helpful, friendly, caring bunch of people or business then those of Peter's funeral home Shafter. They come through we lost 2 loved ones back to back 1 year apart and both times they make everything easy and get stuffed done and they litterly still text after a year later on there Birthday one year anniversary and they don’t need to do that but they do   Thank you all staffed memebers for all your help and all you do really appreciate you all & Gabriella def needs a raise She been a huge help to both funerals thank you all !!!

Peter's Funeral Home has been our family's funeral home for many years. They have  provided excellent care and service during  many difficult times. Peters Funeral Home was wonderful! My father passed away at home and they were there within the hour to respectfully take him to their funeral home. They were wonderful to my mother and my sisters and I.  The staff was great to work during the planning. Thank you, Peters Funeral Home.

The staff and Peters Funeral Home are very nice and genuine people. I went to them during a tough time. I experienced loss of my grandparents almost at the same time. I attended two separate funerals within weeks of each other. The staff followed up with me by phone to see how I was and let me know that they were thinking about me and sending positive thoughts of encouragement my way. I strongly recommend and have entrusted Peter's Funeral Home to facilitate services for my father who had passed last December.  James and Bernice were very professional, well organized and compassionate. James even provided me his personal cell phone number so that I could text him if I had a question about anything. This was very helpful and considerate.  James and Bernice took care of the whole process, made calls on my behalf and arranged everything for my family and I so that we could honor our dear father.
