Cheap, reasonable local beach, with inflatables and lots of fun. The lifeguards are very helpful, except kinda jerky about the $$$ and the life jackets. We had to drive 10 mins to an ATM because the $5 per person CASH ONLY price is not listed ANYWHERE until you get there. They put up and take down inflatables every day, but can't pony up $100 for a Square for one of the lifeguards phones? The inflatables were fun, even with some of the older kids being pretty rude. The beach is well maintained, and the bathrooms are clean and kept up well.
$3/person for residents. That gets you lots of toys, life vests, and a floating obstacle course. Well worth it!
Our first time at this beach today, 1 female lifeguard was extremely rude to us when we got there 40 min before they closed at 5pm. We did not know they were “closing” then. Since we didn’t have cash on hand, cash only for the $5/person charge she told us to come back after they were closed to swim at our own risk. We would have had no problem going to an ATM and coming back to swim, but decided to wait until they closed because the staff was so rude. There should be more info online about this beach. Hours and rate would be nice to know before going. Overall had a good time once the rude staff left, water was perfect temp and beach was clean. Also good to note, especially with small children, when the lifeguards close up for the day they also lock/close the bathrooms. Hoping there will be more professional staff in the future, instead of high school children who are so eager to go home for the day they turn away customers.
Very clean and attentive staff. They provide life jackets to the kids and adults with some inflatable play sets and slide. A small cover charge but it's well worth it!

Empty in the morning. Got crowded mid afternoon. Staff friendly. Beach had quite a bit of trash scattered throughout.
