Petit Bakery Cafe

Haven't been in here in years and didn't know ownership changed, apparently several years ago. Different owner, different attitude, huge change for the better. Joel is sincere, the menu is varied, and the food fresh and well presented. I had a caprese sandwich on a baguette, sat and listened to smooth jazz, very relaxing lunch. Will definitely come back!

I hate giving bad reviews Management or the lack of it, really makes a difference in either making a business grow or fail. #petitebakerycoralsprings# Long story short: August 2017 I purchased at that establishment petit bakery Coral Springs some pre paid tickets for pick up lunches. I was told that those tickets will NEVER expire. I purchased them with the back then manager that was beyond excellent! Today, as I’m picking up some lunches to go, the owner unreal charged me and I gave him the last two pre purchased tickets. Rudely, he throws them on the counter and said, “I don’t accept this “. I explained to him that I purchased them and I was told they would not expire and I feel disrespected as a customer to have paid for something he decided he no longer wants to redeem. He then proceeded to take the boxes away from my hands, yelled at me saying that he’s not a thief and continue with his yelling rant. I am glad customers saw his insane reaction! His wife had to check me out and she even said she would accept the tickets. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from them again!! A successful biz, especially food, is made of having a good customer base that is satisfied with excellent customer service. Obviously , you can’t run a restaurant and yell at its customers and not honor what a customer purchased. They have so much competition if they continue to treat people the way I was treated today... I don’t foresee their doors open for the long run . Petit bakery, Coral Springs , get your act together and show some respect for the people that ultimately help u stay in biz ! This will also go in the BBB, Yelp , and google reviews!

We love coming to this cafe on Sunday mornings! Their food is delicious and made quickly. The manager is such a friendly man. Is recommend this cafe to anyone!

The experience was ok, but the service was a little slow. Also the coffee was to watery. The empanadas were ok. My croissant was plan so an overall poor experience.

AMAZING venezuelan food. The Arepa with Carne Mechada is my favorite!! Great for any meal!

Great breakfast nice and fresh, evening live music and good beer is great and the staff are very friendly always willing to go the extra mile.

Today very disappointing today we got 2 arepas One with cheese and one with chicken and cheese. Both arepas was dry, crumbly, cheese not melted and inedible.

Excellent bakery, delicious pastry and all traditional Venezuelan food. Hours of operation need to increase!
