Normally I don't have a problem with this location. There a few employees who show exceptional customer service. However when I went in today there were a few girls at the register who never looked up when I came in. They didn't offer to help me with anything and hardly looked up from their whispering huddle. When I asked for the size of crickets I needed she put them in the bag and charged me for 1 dozen but gave me 2 dozen. I know this doesn't sound bad but now I have way to many for my cricket habitat. And I'm sure the owner wouldn't appreciate you giving away supplies because you couldn't look up for two seconds from your phone to ask me if that was okay. I have to drive at least 40 mins to get to a pet store and I use this one because the people are friendly and the products are excellent. I'll just drive to Columbus next time. I don't need the hassle. I appreciate being treated like an adult, when you don't have what someone asks for don't supplement it for something else without talking to the person. It's incredibly rude.

They were out of stock on my cat food and there were about 20 people in the store and 1 lady in the back room adopting a dog out with seemingly no awareness that there were lots of people needing help. A little girl knocked on the back storage room door and a guy came out to help. Lots of people walked out because they couldn't find anyone!

Everything is over-priced and those poor puppies sit in their feces.. No dog should be locked up as much as those poor puppies are! I'll work for you just to walk and play with the puppies all day, someone should!

The puppies come from puppy mills and often have horrible medical conditions. Please adopt. Do not shop for a puppy.
