Great service by wonderful people. They are always pleasant and helpful. I like that I have the option of picking my my kitty's Rx or having it shipped. Five stars for excellent customer service and great products. Steve went above and beyond to make the perfect chicken flavored medicine for my cat. Even though I arrived at his office 5 minutes after closing time, his still got me the best medicine fast. Extended hours beyond 5pm would be useful for those pet-owners that work full time.
My vet sent a prescription for my cat's transdermal Methimazole for hyperthyroidism to them, and they called me right away about filling it. The price was better than I expected, and it came the very next day. Detailed instructions were included, as well a gloves and a fridge magnet. My Reny and I are very happy!
Called very upset and someone named Mary or Carrie ? calmed me down with great service. I was not nice and am a little embarrassed but they were very calm and professional and gave strong advice. Very happy
I have 3 cats all over the age of 15 [2 of them in their twenties]. As you can imagine, they each take some meds daily and other meds periodically to continue in their missions: watching birds, eating lots of good food, and being affectionate. The Pet Scripts pharmacists and staff have been great allies in my efforts to keep my aging friends healthy and happy enough to stay in the world that little bit longer. Good people and good business for the kitties and their human!
I have dealt with petscripts for my last pet dog as well as my present dog, they are very professional, courteous, caring staff, very prompt getting medications filled, I call one day for refills and next day it arrives, I love dealing with the staff ad highly recommend them to anyone who needs medications, they would get a 100 if there was one to give them, you folks keep the good work and great customer service,
I work here and so I know that all the staff are very thorough and caring. We make custom medications for pets, flavored as appropriate with sweet or savory hypoallergenic flavors.
I've used them all summer, they're nice, and they do try to accommodate you and your schedule.
