I had to hop on here and talk about how amazing one of the groomers did on my fur babies poodle cut Nala is a two year old poodle who is very skiddish of new people and HATES her feet done petsense groomer Katie Johnson was so patient with Nala and very loving despite the extra time it took and Nala has the perfect poodle cut WITH poodle feet!!! I will definitely be coming back to the groomer that was so great with my baby
They are always nice to you when you're at the counter but as far as helping you good luck bc one person says one thing and then the other says something else and when you are looking for something and need help it's like they are always busy I mean don't get me wrong the store is very clean and all that but when you see someone looking for something see if they need your help ya know
The employees are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! I can't believe I found someone who is from the West coast in the Bay Area just like I was originally from before moving to Vegas n then to Cana Virginia. It was nice to have that connection and have them talking just like I do without the Virginia n North Carolina accent lol. Ok well the store is very very clean, and I was shocked to see that they had so many different types of animal food for just about every type of animal you can think of. I was excited to find Fresh Pet dog food that my 15yr old Chihuahua eats since he needs to gum everything since he doesn't have any teeth. I mean I've been looking all over and haven't found it until today. My Chango was soooo excited when he got to eat his favorite food. Oh and they said that since I don't go into town very often that if I call and they have gotten in a shipment of Fresh Pet that if I wasn't able to get to them for a day or two that they would hold onto what I wanted for My doggie and just to let the cashier know when I got there and they'd bring it out for me. That is awesome especially since my poor Chango has had a really hard time trying to eat something, especially with not having any teeth and also being a very picky eater to begin with. So he's got his fave food n now he just has to get used to wearing a sweater and going out in the snow lol.
Don't often write 1 star reviews but this is a special case. Dropped our 14 y/o dog off for a groom, specifically explained our dogs fragility, warts, etc. Offered a large tip to make up for all the extra effort. Came back and now he has a pinched nerve from them being too rough with him and now we are fearing the worst for him. The store portion is great. Avoid the groomers.
Petsense is a great pet supply store. We get our smaller dog's food, toys, clothing, and coats from here. Associates are very friendly and just love my furbabies.
They have a variety of items for all pets. Store is always clean and the employees are super friendly and always willing to help! The grooming salon is great! They dona great job on your pets.
Good store to pick up supplies for your dogs and cats. Wish there were more supplies for reptiles and birds. I pick up my feeder insects here for my gecko and theyre out of stock pretty often. They did start carrying dubia roaches which is awesome. They are more on the expensive side though. Employees are pretty nice. I also like that they do monthly vaccine and microchip clinics. Prices in general are pretty high so im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 but otherwise its not a bad store.
Had an appointment to take my dogs to get baths! Both dogs have been going for years now. They could not find my paper work, and told me since they didn't have their Rabie records they could not assist me. Where did my paper work go? This would have been nice to know before bring them on a Sunday. What poor customer service
This store is nice. I don't mind having to travel a bit of a distance if I know they're carrying food for my sweet pup. Always clean. Nice crew working the store.
It's a pet store that carries the supplies I need for my pets and my sons' pets. We can get crickets, frozen mice, dog food, rat supplies, etc. They have a few live animals, but mostly sell supplies. There is an adoption area in the back with local shelter cats.
