Agnieszka was my puppy groomer. And she didn’t an AMAZING job with the service I ordered. I can’t stop touching my little girl she is so soft, the hair cut stile as for a Pomeranian breed is perfect, the hair cut is so amazingly even! This service worth your time and money you spend 100%! Thank you so much!
I love this location. It's always beyond my expectations of being clean, organized and the staff is super friendly. They also have a wide variety of live animals available for sale!
Agnieszka Chodowska has been our groomer for years. She is so dedicated and passionate to all her clients. My dogs absolutely LOVE her. I’m always happy with the grooming. My dogs come out looking just the way I ask they are relaxed and most important happy. We are and always will be Agnieszka’s forever clients because there is no one like her. If you want peace of mind about the quality and care of your pet while they are getting groomed look no further Agnieszka Chodowska is the one and only.
Doggy Daycamp: We take our 3 year old golden retriever here at least twice a month and we always are happy to bring her to the wonderful staff at PetSmart in Mount Prospect. They remember your dog's name and are so excited to see them when you arrive and every time we pull up in the parking lot my dog pulls me right to the daycamp counter because she loves it so much.
Normally, I love to bring my dog here for his pet stays. However, last night I made a reservation. He was supposed to be doing two days of play and an overnight and when I arrived the next morning, the staff told me he had no reservation, that he would be able to do private play that cost an extra five dollars but he would only get played with for 90 minutes as opposed to the about five hours or so of play that he would get if he played in a bigger room. My dog weighs almost 80 pounds And they want to stick him in a room by himself all day long. If they didn’t have the room the night before, then they should have just said that so I didn’t have to drive an hour and 15 minutes round-trip plus tolls to bring him here. And if you take a reservation you should log it into the computer! And if your computer is not on then just tell me to call back in the morning or something but don’t have me show up and not have my reservation log in to the computer. Normal overnight with playtime = $63 Overnight with no playtime, only 3 sessions of 30 min individual time = $68 No discount for their mess up of not making my reservation. I’ll give them a discount = THEY LOST MY BUSINESS!!!
Staff is very friendly and knew where to find what I was looking for. The groomer was great and prompt. I was able to drop off my dog very early in the morning and they were very accommodating.
If you are looking for amazing dog groomer, you HAVE to go to Agnieszka Chodowska in Petsmart, Mt Prospect. We have been with Agnieszka for 3 years and she is the most amazing human ever. Our doodle looks super handsome ans well taken care off. You can tell, that she loves her job and dogs. My dog is literally in love with her. So if you are looking for a dog groomer, she is simply the best.
The employees here are fantastic!! Julia and Max are 10/10 and really helped me with finding a filter for my cat's water fountain. They definitely deserve a raise there no doubt
Milo had a fantastic couple days of boarding despite his separation anxiety! We have used this location before and appreciate the diligent care that the staff at the PetsHotel provide. Milo will definitely be back in the future to sing with his friends!
Best PetSmart around they do their best to keep it clean and are always stocked.
