Petsmart Grooming KILLED MY DOG!!! PINE RIGDE Road, Naples Location. Please read before taking your dog there. I dropped my dog off April 13th at 11am. A few mins after 1pm, I picked him up. He had a chocking sound when he inhaled and was not calm as he usually is. I asked how long his breathing sounded like this. I was told the person grooming him asked another employee during his grooming if he was alright? The grimmer “gave him a break” before continuing his grooming. No one called me. Again I asked how long he was breathing this way because I was taking him to the emergency vet and needed to know what to tell them. The Emergency Vet said he had trauma to his trachea. For a day and a half they did everything they could to help him but he continued to decline to the point he had to be in oxygen or his tongue turned blue. See photo below. Watching him gasp to breathe was heartbreaking just as much as holding him when he was put to sleep because nothing could be done. My sweet boy is dead because I took him to Petsmart to be groomed.
Not so great location. Not much variety in various animal foods their other locations have. Have bought many fish and lizards that quickly end up being sick from this location; learned the hard way.
Very bad grooming! So disappointed with the way the groomer basically shaved my puppy so close to it’s skin that he is super uncomfortable and sore!
The most classless, unprofessional, incompetent individuals work at this location. Corporate might want to re-evaluate the types of individuals they choose to hire. I would be embarrassed to be managing the current employees at the Naples PetSmart.
The gentleman that assisted me in the fish dept was friendly and knowledgeable!
It’s though to really appreciate a place that sells items when you, yourself, are not the final consumer. So, it’s really like a gift store more than anything. This is probably why the pet market is going more and more online because, in the end, it’s the thought that counts. After all, dogs will essentially eat anything and the beauty of a dog is that they love you no matter what. But sometimes you need a collar immediately so this is a nice central location to find one.
They genuinely care about who they are helping and want to make sure what you get is right for you. Helped us pick out a bearded dragon and an enclosure for our sons birthday. They always have fresh crickets and a variety of worms to choose from.
They always have my cat's Natural Balance LTD Chicken and Green Pea food here and the treats she likes. Service is always friendly. Thank you all!
Clean fully stocked spacious store. Staff in store are quite helpful. Just wish the ‘grooming staff’ would get on board when greeting a customer and furr baby with a smile as if they are happy to see you. No one ever smiles in there I mean never.
Just had excellent customer service from Doug. He took the time to answer my questions and walk me over to the three locations of the products I was looking for. Great customer service! Very impressed.
