The grooming staff at this place is incredible. My dog HATES getting his ears cleaned and I have taken him to 3 other places and Teara and the rest of the team were so patient with him! Service was efficient, and friendly, and welcoming. Made my dude feel safe and able to get a miracle done. 5 stars would recommended
10/11 5 stars, update took my Maltese back along with the new puppy appt. They corrected it issues by cleaning his face up and trimmed his paw pads. Thank you for taking the time to fix my old man. As I’ve mentioned, been coming here for years and never had issues till yesterday 1 star- I frequent this location all the time for my pet grooming and have never been disappointed until tonight 10/10 @ 7:30pm. The main focus center as bath, nail grinding and clean his face up. He is a senior Maltese and is losing his vision. So I try to keep the hair out of his face. Well I couldn’t pick him up so my husband got back with him and he arrived back like I dropped him off with the exception of smelling better and nail grinding. His paw pads were not cleaned up, which has been done each time whether I pay for a bath and full haircut or bath and brush. And his face is always trimmed. It usually takes 2-4 hours depending on how busy they may be and m guessing. Well the appointment was for 7:30 pm and he was ready within an hour and I see why. His paw pads weren’t touch and nor was his face. I know they may have been tired and ready to clock out, however don’t have appointments set this late if you’re not going to provide the service I pay for. Now if there has been a change in what comes with a bath, that should have been stated at drop off. This was a $65 outcome. Petsmart y’all have to do better. I need answers and a do over. Almost don’t want to bring my 6month Yorkie in tomorrow because of this shenanigans. At least he smells good. Heck, did he even get a bath at this point, or was the cologne sprayed to make me think he had a full bath
They did a good job grooming my cat. But since I got her back she seems so traumatized. I don't know what they did to her but she gets so scare, shakes, and runs away at the slightest touch or sound.
Normally I have a great experience at this location but this time… The cashier acted like doing her job was the last thing she wanted to do & greeting customers was a burden to her. The dog trainer They must have taken tips from the Pet Smart in Columbia, MD.
I will not bring my dog here for grooming again. The groomer that greeted us Melissa seemed utterly disgusted just by the fact that we came in the door for our appointment. She was not friendly to my dog at all, and did not even say "hello" which made me sad because my pup was so excited to meet her and was wagging away! She actually blatantly rolled her eyes at one point and was just obviously annoyed. You could tell she really just did not want to be there, and definitely did not want to groom my dog : I do not know about anyone else, but I need my groomers to be friendly and warm. This is not the kind of environment I would trust with my baby! I am sure based on other reviews that this place does have good staff, but this review is based on my most recent experience. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
This is the best PetSmart in the area. They’re always stocked and the store is clean. The staff is also very nice and helpful - especially Kristin!
PetSmart has been my go to for all of my pets. Great prices, website is super easy to use and I love the pick up in store option.
This place is the worst, over booked, need training in handle our precious pets. They are dishonest. If you love your pets do not take them to this location.
The betta cups were so dirty and there were so many dead ones. They weren’t taken care of at all and i feel awful for them. One of the cups was so dirty i couldn’t even see the fish. And the tropical fish all had ick and weren’t being treated.
Could be better in the grooming department. 3 workers would be ideal... With one dedicated just to cleaning, taking calls and checking in dogs/waiting clients. Place is busy, but the workers there do their best to get the customers helped quickly and efficiently.
