I used the groomer services and they did a beyond fantastic job. My pooch was wirey, shedding, with irritated skin from a hard winter and tangling. Now she's super soft with no dandruff at all. Her coat feels better. They handled her anxiety so well and she didn't want to leave after she was done. Also. I took a look at their fish department out of curiosity. Typical PetSmart stock. But tanks were clean, well put together. Fish looked vibrant and fair quality for PetSmart. Staff was right there to be helpful and answer questions.
Staff is always so pleasant, animals though I don't think should be sold in big chains- at least at this location the staff tend them wonderfully. And they are always clean and look healthy. I go here often and I am recognized. They are all so friendly and kind.
Terrible experience with a staff member! I am a very loyal customer I feed a large cat fish weekly as well as a large snake. I use this store only because it's the only one around an I'm forced to. Every time I am in the store hunter in the fish department has been nasty and had a problem with every thing I needed or wanted. She acts like it's a problem for her to do her job an get you fish. She shouldn't be working with people acting like she does. If i can get a Different employ to help me I try to because hunter makes me very uncomfortable she's a nasty person who doesn't know anything about fish.
Mr Zeus loved spa.day.. They were wonderful with him.. they gave him a cute little bandana so got him something for his anxiety while walking
We mostly use the store for the pet grooming. Their groomers are friendly and great with my dog. Kelsey made our Yorkie poo a very handsome fellow.
The store itself is ok there starting to get a better variety of fish and keeping it better stocked however the employee hunter little short girl with a short complex should not be working with customers she is not a people person she is extremly rude and a horrible attitude she has made comments about running customers over if they get in her way and I've had her even try to talk us out of getting certain fish because she was not in the mood to get them for us I've heard her do the same with outher customers for instants telling me and another women you could not mix the 2 sharks rainbow and red tail when I've had a tank for over 20 years and have done so fine. Then the following week I go in there and they have both sharks in 1 tank together. I realize they have a job to do and telling people they shouldn't get a fish that's to big for the tank they have or telling people that certain fish may not get along but to argue with me someone who has raised fish for 20+ years. Just because she works at petsmart she acts like she knows everything about every fish. So after my last experience with her saying she was gonna run us over if we get in our way we will continue to drive a hour away to a fish store with better customer service thank you
Brought my dog to get his nails cut and grind . He’s a shy and scared dog around new people but not vicious at all . The groomer called for 2 managers to help . There were 4 people holding down a 45 ib dog that they already collared for no reason. Refused to finish the job stating he wouldn’t allow it . He allows it every time we go with no problem . I’d be scared to if 4 people held me down and put a cone on my head . If you can’t handle a 45 ib dog who’s shy , you shouldn’t be a groomer .
Please don't buy any hamsters, or any animal at pet smart. I had bought my hamster for my birthday. Its was supposedly 6 weeks old passed away today . Only had him for 2 months.
I like how they have several options with pets/supplies. It's clean and welcoming although some of the employees seem like they don't want to be bothered, snide. Hoping for other options places soon.
The animals that were there seemed healthy and taken care of. The one lady worker we interacted with was very nice, and the store was clean.
