Love our local PetSmart! We also use Banfield and the staff there are so nice and treat our dog well. Laverne loves the staff! Also very helpful since our dog is difficult with cutting nails, so the vet techs do it.
The staff at our Pet Smart in Holmdel are always so nice and very caring of animals, they make our 11 month old puppy Millie feel special when we bring her there to visit. She loved getting a treat!
Applied here with training and 4 years of managerial experience working with animals and customer service and they denied me? Makes 0 sense....yet look at the employees who work there who barely know the proper, the actual proper way to care for a guinea pig. I'll never shop here again.
I stopped in PetSmart to hopefully get some props for my dog’s July 4th photo for our rescue group. I was greeted with a friendly hello and the store was well stocked and clean. I was able to find some last-minute holiday props. Of course, I also had to get some squeaky toys, which are my dog’s favorite and she is having a lot of fun playing with them. PetSmart has everything you may need for your pets and there is a Banfield at this location. I forgot my reusable bags and the cashier put everything nicely in a box for me. Great customer service! Oh, and my dog is getting a lot of compliments from the rescue group on her photo with her PetSmart props. Fun Fact: PetSmart Charities is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless pets. It is also the leading funder of animal welfare. They also help pets find their loving forever homes through adoptions. If you are thinking of adding to your family and want to help save a life, National Adoption Week is coming up July 11 through 17th.
Anna is a miracle worker! She gave Charlie a puppy cut and he’s a new man! His hair was a mess;long,matted,and shaggy. She spent practically all day with him,and he looks so handsome. He had a Spa day! Will Absolutely recommend Anna,and will def be going back! Thank you, Anna the last photo is the ‘Before!’
We went to this location to buy dog food and fish for our turtle and we walked away with our bearded dragon. We where assisted by Adrian from the moment we walked into the store. He was professional, knowledgeable and so patient. We walked away with so much confidence in owning one because of him. We would definitely be coming back to this location.
I have two BIG crazy Golden Retriever’s. They are great dogs but very, very lively! Anna Z. has taken care of them since they were wee lads. I will go wherever she works and recently she moved here. The two lads have been groomed here twice here so far and will continue to be taken here while Anna takes care of.
Went to get my elderly dogs' with mobility issues nails clipped, they wouldn't see her cause she couldn't walk in unassisted, made an appointment by phone told them she's old with issues never said she'd need to walk in on her own, after years of spending money here will never be back
What the heck happened to the staff in this place- the groomers took some dive down. Is it safe to assume all the good employees left on the manager left?
Brought my dog to be groomed on February 14... got a call saying their rushing her to hospital that’s at the facility because one of the untrained employees cut my dog bad enough that she needed 3 stitches...mind you she’s 3 pounds and you can’t hold her easily with your hand...so we had to cancel our Valentine’s Day plans to tend to our dog to make sure her stitches wouldn’t open and she wasn’t licking them...called corporate and they had the store manager call me... but corporate said if you don’t like what he says to call us back...this guy tried to offer me a free grooming after this incident...now she’s so jumpy and anxious whenever something gets too close to her..thanks pet smart for ruining our plans which was for just a simple grooming..
