There is a worker there by the name of Aaron who is very knowledgeable. When in doubt about something for your dog ask for Aaron. You will not be disappointed. All the employees that I have encountered have been very welcoming and willing to help BUT Aaron is Special.

Went to petsmart yesterday to see what they had. Went to go look at the bettas and saw the terrible conditions they were in. Almost half of the betta cups were full of algae and some were dead, pale, or already getting swim bladder disease. Some had fin rot and starting to get spine deformation. We spoke to the manager and she claimed they were getting a water change today. Idk if they did the water change but the condition of the water was horrible and can clearly tell no one takes care of them. We tried to explain that some of the koi bettas are super sick or other bettas that we know how they're supposed to look, looked nothing like they should. Counted 4-5 dead bettas, multiple cups with algae, diseased. And one fhat had a cracked cup. We saved one betta but manager or person attending us didnt want to give a discount. After seeing a video of another petsmart location throwing away live betta, i cant support this specific petsmart or any petsmarts at all. I know not all locations are like this but i don't have much hope. If you want quality fish, take the trip to The Reef in Indianapolis. Atleast they treat their bettas with care and attention and the betta comes with a free live plant.
I bought a sweet guinea pig on a Saturday. I brought her back the following Tuesday because she seemed ill. Upon dropping her off, I was told the vet would examine her that same day. I kept calling to check on her and no one gave me a straight answer--they kept saying they were waiting on the vet. After many phone calls with vague answers, an employee finally said on THURSDAY 2 whole days after I dropped her off, "I don't want to spill the beans before I'm supposed to but..." He then told me my guinea pig had died. To make matters worse, she died the same day I brought her in to be seen by the vet. No one thought to call me. I should have been called immediately. I had been calling to check in on her all the while she was dead. I found out about her death TWO DAYS after it happened...and only because I was the one calling THEM with questions. Heartbreaking and so wrong. They employee that "spilled the beans" said the manager would be contacting me the next day to tell me the details of what happened but I still have not heard from anyone! They sold me a poor, sick guinea pig that should have received medical treatment before I ever bought her. Her signs of sickness on the day I adopted her should have been very obvious to a pet store employee. They also handled the situation VERY poorly. I am genuinely stunned at the lack of tact and communication.
I went in looking for fish keeping supplies and this store did not disappoint. Live plants, Cholla wood and food at reasonable prices. The fish looked healthy and the betta cups were clean with healthy betta fish in them as well. Employees were polite and offered help if I needed it.
The staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. They showed exactly where to go and exactly what to do. The crickets were also very high quality. My Crested Gecko loves them.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! Terrible store! They will sell you sick animals claiming they have gone to the vet and received treatment and haven’t. We purchased a cat from this place was told it was healthy come to find out the cat has ringworm and a number of other problems. We even asked if we took the cat to the vet they would assist with the bills, they agreed but haven’t seen any assistance 1500 in vet bills so far So now my other animals and son needed treatment for ringworm! On top of the cat needing to be isolated in a room until the ringworm has cleared up which has damaged the room because the cat is stuck in there and now I need to clean everything in the room including the room itself, all and all terrible, terrible, experience. I will be contacting the BBB as well as local authorities to investigate this store as well as the terrible rescue they get their animals from because she is the one lying to people. I haven’t owned cats and dog my entire life, and have a very good knowledge base when it comes to animal care and you would be better off finding an animal on the street then adopting from this place. Charlene justice you need to return my calls and this needs to be settled.

Love the groomer gals and guys here! Took care of Lilly and it's a great bang for your buck. It sure beats sitting on a waiting list for 2 months. A++
Typical visit to a pet store. The doc got issues currently with The Rayniac pictured as good as they can get. She's 100% Siberian, will be 3 years old on August 18th, she's full grown and only 26.5 pounds. She's my little girl.
