This was my first visit to this store. I usually take Pepe to the Dover store, they were booked out until May. At this store, they were able to get us in the same day. Emalee did an amazing job, the store was organized and clean. The check out process was great, you were able to pick up your invoice outside the salon. Pepe was able to celebrate his 10th birthday in style. I will definitely return to this location.
Prices are a little bit higher than other stores but I have a PetSmart pals card and that definitely helps with discounts. The selection of fresh water fish was very nice and they seemed healthy. I bought two guppies and they are doing great so far.
Very clean & friendly place. I love the staff here, & they are so accommodating to you & your pets need no matter the type of animal. I always shop here first for all my pets needs. Although I haven't had very much luck with the live fish sales here. Although there is always a helpful associate working in that department, the tanks look like they are in need of more love. Other than that the animals & staff are out of this world.
Brought in my dog with proof of rabies an EU passport, legal for importation into the United States valid through next year for a nail trim while we picked up cat litter that selection is also sorely lacking. His EU passport is in both English and another language and is easy to read. I’m a veterinarian and everything is absolutely up to date. I was told they couldn’t take my dog “because it’s not in English.” Absolutely would not trust them to touch my dog.
My visit was wonderful! It's one of my happy places!! Needed a few things for all of my crew. I have two dogs and one cat. You always need something. Food, treats, toys and the list goes on!! Love it!!!
Pet Smart used to be a "go to" store, but i was disappointed. My local pet store has a large selection of toys and food for birds but I need a new tent and i couldn't get the right size, so i went to Pet Smart. They have no tents or beds and limited brands of food not mine. They do have a good selection of toys.
I adopted my Beardie from here and when he was sick they went above and beyond. Diane and her team were amazing. They gave me updates and were super kind.
Emalee does great work in grooming. She handles our crazy Doodle, trims him up just as we ask, and is a pleasure to work with.
The staff is super nice and very helpful! I do find insane to pay $50+ on a jacket for a small dog!
Love PetSmart!! The store is always clean, well organized, and has well stocked shelves. The folks that work there are always so nice and extremely helpful. The store is minutes off I-95.
