Needed to pick up some cat food that PetSmart usually has cheaper than other stores. Found what I was looking for easily. Checkout was quick and easy. Parking is really big with plenty of spaces. The only negative I have, is that they put the cat food all the way at the back of the store.
This review is for the grooming salon, I had appointment scheduled for my dog yesterday 01/03/2022 for grooming When I walked into the salon all the people standing there looked least interested on welcoming/checking us in. The person we were scheduled was kaitlyn, she had strange expressions on her face and did not look interested on giving service to my dog. I have mentioned before coming that my dog is sensitive and emotionally attached, she did not even try to be friendly with him and matter fact looked scared even though he didn't bark. He was just scared to be in a new place. The groomer dined the service by saying my dog have anxiety and we should go somewhere else for grooming. First of all if someone have anxiety you try to comfort them and try to be friendly but she did nothing like that. I asked couple other groomer who were just sitting and using phones if someone else who is capable of doing the service would do it but they said same thing in a very bad tone. Not all dogs are perfect and most dogs have different personality and to be in a profession of working with animals you must be able to adapt. My dog is by no means viscous or dangerous and this person should have been able to make him feel comfortable or at least attempt to make him feel it that way which obviously wasn't done.
The night after picking up our dog from the groomers, she got violently ill and kept vomiting weird colored food that we never fed her - we called, and they denied feeding her anything...but it's literally the only other place she's been. 2 days after and she's still sick.
When I was choosing a groomer for Prince I had doubts using a large salon. I called around town trying to get an appointment with smaller businesses. I was placed on a waiting list and left messages at other establishments. I was surprised I didn’t get any return calls. I called PetSmart and setup an appointment. The real judge was Prince. Prince gets excited when I bring him in for a grooming! He kisses the staff and is truly happy!! I am happy he looks so terrific when I pick him up. I also love their PET REPORT they give me on his experience!!!!
12/26/2022 pm8:00 The short female clerk wearing glasses was very unfriendly and seemed unwilling to work. , without any explanation of the food, she put anything into the cart. It was so unpleasant.
Store was clean, well stocked and staff were very friendly. We dropped off our dog for grooming and were called a few hours later for pick-up. Love the cut and our dog is very happy. Groomer was great and followed directions and used our supplied shampoo.
They do a good job washing my baby I recently found out that they also have a veterinarian service it's just like one place shopping You can get your dogs and cats groomed get their food and have a veterinarian at the location to take care of their health God willing I will be using their veterinarian service in the near future. I love the workers that groom my dog and the rest of the workers in the store are very helpful and professional
i dont like grooming store. she groomed my dog, and the dog's ears were swollen and startled, and pus came out. i went to see a vet and she said ear infection. Of the grooming I received for my dog, 3 out of 5 were dissatisfied. I don't recommend here
PetSmart itself is very nice, but I have an issue with the Banfield pet hospital staff. Two days ago, I went to get prescription cat food. I needed a new prescription card. The attendant was more interested in checking her cell phone than attending to clients! How rude! In fact, she seemed annoyed that I disturbed her when I said"hello" to let her know I'd been waiting. I told store management about incident.
They always treat my dogs great. Good people.
