The pets hotel is amazing! The doggy day care is incredible and the have onsite grooming for dogs. They do not offer grooming for cats at this location. Be sure to get a puppy package at the register so that you can enjoy discounts and free doggy food.
Everyone was professional and friendly. Our Groomer interacted so cute with Sherlock and being a Basset hound, he is very vocal. We will definitely be going back!
Our dog Lucas loves to go to day camp and they treat him so special. He runs into the hotel and they always greet him with snuggles. We love the Jordan Landing Pets Hotel and store. Lucas has even enjoyed his overnight visits which is a huge plus for us as his overprotective parents They are friendly and knowledgeable and they treat us well. Thanks for your great service.
I take my dog to the doggie daycamp here at least twice a month. The staff are genuinely warm and kind, and take the time to learn every dogs' personality and needs. I never feel nervous leaving my dog here because he is always so well looked after
Very friendly, helpful staff. Very large selection of many categories of pet products. They have a large grooming shop with many groomers, spoke to the grooming manager Nicole who was very welcoming, friendly with very helpful information. They also have veterinarian services available here. The store was very clean and well organized.
We went to Day Camp for the first time. They took photos and gave us a report card. They are animal lovers for sure. I highly recommend
Grooming service - my 8 year old lab mix Arlo is no stranger to nail trims. Obviously he’s been getting it done his entire life by various professionals. I drop him off and over 3 hours later I get a call that they couldn’t do his nails because he was being “super aggressive” when they tried, which I don’t believe for one minute, nor has it ever happened before. Nail trimming was the main reason I took him there, but they didn’t offer a straight nail trim service. Their recommended solution was “take him to the vet and have him sedated for nail trimming” - which has never been needed in his almost 8 years of life! Furthermore, he has never demonstrated any aggression towards a human being, even during nail trims. He does whine and cry and try to pull away frequently. He also doesn’t like other dogs in his personal space, which I informed them off. I understand dogs can have “off” days, as do people. If he truly was acting the way they say he was, this tells me all I need to know about the environment, the dynamics, and possibly the experience level of those involved here. I guess what I’m saying is, if your dog is on the larger side or is nervous at all, please rethink taking them here because I don’t have confidence that they can manage those situations.
We have come here for 4 years for grooming for the same dog and we have loved how they groom my dog but the customer service is AWFUL. I scheduled my appointment at a certain time and get there and they tell me it’s an hour later and I was confused because I literally had the email proof. The groomer checking me in gave me attitude didn’t seem to care I was confused she didn’t ask me how I wanted him groomed. His groomer Candace did a great job she was so kind unlike the other 2 woman. When I picked him up Cheryl the salon lead was rude with her tone and told me they should have charged me more for the “extra work” sounded like laziness to me. I paid for extra things I expect the extra things to be complete. I said I had been coming here for years and no one had ever told me that then she questioned if i had gotten the same style every time and yes it has been the same for all 4 years . Unfortunately time to find a new salon.
This location has some of the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. They would rather be on their phones behind the desk at the doggy day care than help customers. I stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes until she looked up from tik tok. Then she acted annoyed that I disturbed her and she had to actually do her job. I would not recommend this location at all.
This is a great place. I have purchased fish from here and every time I came back, they were always super respectful and professional. I am going to end up adopting a cat In about 2 months, and I am super excited. I can't wait to so business with PetSmart again. I know that I will continue to have great customer service in the future.
