The staff was extremely helpful in finding the fishtank filter I needed. There was a discrepancy with the price, where the website showed one price and the shelf showed another, but they were going to honor the web price. It turned out that the shelf price was actually incorrect and the web price was correct! Nathaniel was able to help me get the needed filter/pump and successfully get my wife's tank running again. This is by far the best PetSmart in the area. Courteous, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable! Those are my words about the staff here. The store is super well kept, clean, and neat! A++. The grooming section it TOP NOTCH, no question! Keep up the great work PetSmart Millburn!!!
Sadly enough, PetSmart doesn't provide proper animal care for their pets. For example, they put their beta fishes in containers only a size bigger, leaving a minimal amount space for the space for the fish. Don't buy from PetSmart because if you do, your supporting animal abusers. Thanks for your time Sheedsa Ali
Horrible place. Staff lazy. Rood to pets and owners. Never go there.I brought my 2 dogs there. They refused grooming for one of my dogs.Accusing him to be aggressive. He was not. My second dog after their grooming came out with 2 bold spots. Manager said that she moved. Her skin was bleeding and she was crying. I hope everyone reads my review and stay away from this disgusting place.
Today I took my yorkshire Brook to cut HIS HAIR just a little BIT and comb it, when I picked it up I see my shaved dog without hair, after two years taking care of him and Now she shaving his hair because she says he had knots, for that reason I pay for him comb not to have all hair removed without permission; Or consult, I wonder Elizabeth-rose if you have knots In your head do you shave it?
This was our first time taking our new Husky to get a bath after a great day at the park. We walked in, we were seeing with no appointment. After 2 hours, our Puppy Siberian Husky looked AMAZING, FLUFFY AND ARTIC WHITE!!!! Ms. Jordan did an outstanding job with our puppy. She was really nice after the fact that our puppy bites a lot and has a lot of energy. While we waited, We met Mr. William, the dog trainer. Mr William is very attentive, he provided is with information. We love the customer service oriented staff!!! We will back for sure!!!
