Employee that helped me was great. I was looking for a Quality made Harness for our new dog Bailey. The guy that helped me showed me several different ones in different price options. He tried several on her so we could find a great fit. I got exactly what I was looking for and grabbed some treats for her too. We will definitely be back again!
Elizabeth was such a big help. She was nice, progressional and knowledgeable. She helped me find a 2 in 1 dog gate. Unexpectedly carried it to my car too.
This is my local PetSmart and it's always my go-to for pet supplies, grooming and it has a Banfield vet for regular check ups. It's always clean and they have everything someone would need for new pets. I see they also do pet training.
I mainly come here to purchase dog food. The staff do wear masks. Customers are free to either wear them, or not. Didn't really seem to be acknowledged by employees that were walking down the aisle with a greeting, or to see if I needed assistance. It's fine though, I usually prefer just doing my own thing.

I uncomfortable with this location I've brought a 10 gallon tank last week and the experience was bothersome.I felt overshadowed and watched. I went to buy some fish yesterday and I had the same experience even as the saleswoman was looking in my phone as I was transferring my funds in my phone. I will NOT come back
I one stared this location due to the lack of professionalism. My 76 year old friend was told her appointment was at one time then the rude lady tells her it’s a new girls fault for giving out wrong info and because of it being petsmart fault why did they hold the customer accountable. Very unprofessional!! And the staff has almost zero knowledge on animals they sell too!!
Love this place, get all my dog toys and chews here..higher quality..also get my dogs groomed and very happy with Rose.
Took my Bull mastiff to get Washed/conditioned, ears cleaned, nails clipped and filled. When I dropped her off they were a little busy, but to be expected on a Saturday at 11am, they quoted an hour & a half to complete everything...so I went to run some errands & I came back around 12:30 walked in and they were finishing up. The technician went over everything that was completed and my baby looked and smelled great. Price was fair as well. The team was helpful & professional. Thank you for making the process happy and successful.
The Manger At Pet Smart Gave Our Bird To Another Guess our pirate bird flew off my friend shouder in pet smart stores we trying 2 hrs to get bird down. Then other couple comes right to bird start talking n singing to bird Manager. Know the couple very very. Well So we left store. And Return bk to store We see Couole Rushing to there Car to Get Away With Bird
