We took our dachshund in for grooming and they did a really good job ! He was happy and looks really well! It was fast and pretty affordable ! Will for sure be going back more often !!

Our dog was groomed here. They did a good job. Left some long spots that we cleaned up after we got home. Staff was great to work with.
It's difficult to know what to say about Pets mart, that isn't already known. But while you're there, check out their 1-2 ingredient treat shelf. It's way smaller than it should be in my opinion. But they usually have some irresistible chewes & treats like chicken feet & hearts. My dog will do anything for them.
Great clean store, amazing fish return policies and almost always has sales. Check prices online before going in quite often it's cheaper and you can schedule pickup. I have had employees even ask me if I checked online before buying a 55Gal aquarium starter kit.
They did such an amazing job!!!! Sadly my dog is overweight nothing seems to help her lose weight, which makes it difficult to groom her. Despite that obstacle, they did a fantastic job!!! I hate it when Groomers leave behind scraggly fur on her legs, chest/stomach, and head. I like a 100% clean, blended shave and cut. They executed it perfectly!!! Her entire body was blended impeccably well!!! The Groomers there are top-notch!!!
Our 2 rescue pups are very skittish around water. So needless to say, they both do not like getting bathed & groomed. They won't even go outside if it's raining. We have had good experiences here every time that we had them groomed. We get different groomers, so I can say that we have been happy with everyone that has groomed our 2 pups.
Nice store, clean, and organized. They have all the pet care items you need. We went to buy a light bulb for our snake's habitat and this is where things took a turn. We couldn't find an employee and after finding someone I greeted her but she Precious- name on the employee's badge- did not respond and instead just sneered at us. We asked a few questions about the lamp and asked if we could take it out of the box to see if it was what we needed and Precious dropped it. My Husband apologized because he felt like it was his fault and the entire time she was annoyed and rather cold even made a snide remark towards him. We got what we needed and I talked to the supervisor Robert, he was very dismissive and disrespectful when I voiced my concerns and even rolled his eyes. This score is a reflection of your employees. Please train them to actually be people friendly. I get that most of them are introverted angsty teens, but as a business it needs to be better.
We tried to call ahead to see if they had gerbils before we wasted 20 minutes driving over there. They wouldn’t tell us. We drove over there and they didn’t have a single gerbil. They had a few guinea pigs and a few hamsters and that was the extent of their selection. They hardly had any animals to choose from and weren’t helpful or friendly at all. Their prices were at least double, if not more than the critters at Sue’s Pet Castle and they have a way better selection of animals at much cheaper prices. Skip the big pet stores. It’s a waste of time and money.
Rude customer care. Great grooming. Booked months ahead for grooming with Bailey on a Saturday due to f/t work schedule. Confirmed appointment. Bailey didn't show. Was told I would be accommodated the following week. However, when I called back, the "gentleman" on the phone said only appts available were 8am weekday appts, and that "he can't change physics". Look Petsmart, I know you are busy so I will do my part by not letting the door hit me on the way out.
