Every Pet Smart is always a great experience. Never busy. The employees don't bug you. And I have recieved helpful information about dog foods, allergies, vaccinations, mobile vets and dog toy safety from the knowledge of the employees. I always appreciate Pet Smart. It's the only place I shop for my pet food, medicine, toys and other pet products.
Did a adoption day. These are ran by a shelter or The humane society. Its to get fosters or dogs that have been in the shelter a while some attention and a day out to possibly get a furever home. Please always look out for signs in the store or ask an employee
Fun place to shop. My dog enjoyed exalting the aisles. If you buy a food your animal doesn't like you can return it. Save your receipt.
I come here to buy crickets for my reptile weekly .. I purchased a 15 bulb and it went out 15-18 days after purchase didn’t have any issues exchanging it for new one, very friendly workers who love what they do . .. you can’t find customer service like this anywhere these people here have big hearts and it really shows
The moron management & vet clinic have lost my business forever. Not only has the vet been completely dumb about reading vital vac records but the manager of the store wants a certificate of rabies. This is a passport from overseas and is clearly marked with signatures throughout the book from the veterinarian. I will not double up on vaccines just to go here. Lost a forever client and I'll make sure everyone I run into knows thier off the street employees and policies. Spend your money elsewhere. BTW vet clinics that have true veterinarians accept his documents and groomers do too. Petsmart is blinded & dumb. WHATS REALLY SAD IS THAT HE IS MICRO CHIPPED AND PETSMART IS THE ONLY COMPANY WHO CANT FIND HIS CHIP. COMPLETE, I MEAN COMPLETE MORONS.
Today I had Connor groom my poodle. My son takes his dog Guss to petsmart for baths and fluffing. Outstanding job from Connor. The cashier was very friendly when I checked out. I love this store. Nice people.
I knew what I wanted for my new puppy. I've already heard bad things about them but I just went in for a dog bed and some chew toys and treats again knew what I wanted. The staff is friendly as first. But only 2 people checking out with a huge line. And taking forever. Why are they taking forever because they're trying to sell you on other things like doggy day care or training classes. If I wanted information on that I would have asked but it was pushed down my throat where I wanted to almost say forget my items and leave.
It was a good selection. However, the website said they had something we needed at this store and they were completely out.
Our trainer john was full of compassion . You can tell he takes pride with any dog he works with. Would recommend him to anyone
Don't bring your dog here to be groomed because the dog will need to be euthanized at a pet hospital. The workers are liars and will do anything not to admit wrongdoing. The so called pet advocate is even worse.
