Just love going here! The employees are always happy and helpful. And my dog loves wandering around, sniffing all the yummy treats! The doggy bath area is clean, well stocked and easy to use.
Me and my dogs really enjoy visiting our one stop pet shop. They have the best food at great prices. Our favorite part of the store is the doggy "do it yourself " wash. bring my dogs there all the time, its clean, tidy & makes bath time for my dogs hassle free. Plus the folks at this Pet Valu are Helpful, cheery and you know they enjoy what they do, and that translates into a great experience for all their customers.
I bring my pup for baths. It's inexpensive and they provide soap and towels. Their products are a bit higher priced than a bigger place like Target or Walmart but they have a good selection and nice staff
Very helpful young woman named Lauren. She knew exactly what was needed for my dogs paw. I was also very happy to see they have self grooming stations.
Went here to buy a simple dog bowl to give my dog a new water bowl. Decided to go with the set one, where its two bowls held up on a small 2 leg table. The bowls were full of other dog / cat hairs, i asked Todd to go wash it out, he did After I purchased. Comes back, saying "Cleaned them, oh and there is some tape residue in the bowls, you can probably just use a razor blade to cut that out" : That's cute. Returned the bowls, and the stick that i was going to buy as a treat for my dog immediately. Place is not cleaned clearly, if bowls are full of dog/cat hairs and tape residue. My assumption as well is that they let other dogs use them if the customers ask. I will not trust anything from them for my pet after this experience, and not to mention my time that was wasted to have to wait for refund along with a dirty look from his manager or co-worker who ever she was.
we shop here a lot since the place have opened and staff has just been getting worse it used to be people wanting to talk and help us but now theyre too good to talk to us we came here because everyone was so nice we didnt care about the higher prices but now wedont even get a hello when we come in even though they are standinga tthe register staring at us. when we do hear them talk we hear them say gross things while talking to each other which is fine but my mother doesnt want to hear about how u need an 8 ball to work if u need that maybe dont come to work! we will be looking for other pet stores around here who carries wellness we are very dissapointed
Some very nice staff members. Great selection, helpful staff, competitive prices, and the dog wash station is easy to use.
For $10. You can wash your own dog. Leave the mess. They provide shampoo, towels & blow dryer.
Best supplies and awesome staff who are always helpful. I love taking my pup here to get his food and snacks!
Brought our older dog there to bath. Good experience. Nice staff and clean environment. Recommend it.
