This store is a large store with a whole lot of costumes. And they're getting a whole lot more costumes in because they are still getting more new costumes in which have yet to arrive from the manufacturers. And they are also getting a whole new batch of decorations. Because it is a new store, they are still getting a whole lot of new merch. But, even then, they have a large selection of costumes. I am very surprised and happy about it. And everything is organized by themes. So you find men, women and children within each theme. Which makes it easier for couples and family themed costumes.
My recent visit here was awful, The staff at this store is completely rude and unprofessional. They follow you around everywhere assuming you’re there to steal. I have no time nor effort to steal some Spiderman mask be so fr. Don’t recommend shopping here at all.
This place is bigger than it looks on the outside. There’s so much variety in costumes and accessories. I don’t like that it’s super crowded inside, though. You can barely move around because there’s so many fixtures and hanging things in your way, again, that just shows how many items they have. I went in looking for a Dr Facilier costume from the Disney movie The Princess and the Frog, but unfortunately I found nothing other than his signature purple feather he has on his top hat :/ You can rent some of their costumes which I think is awesome for those who don’t want to buy something they’ll never wear again! Also, the associate who helped me was super kind and so so helpful!
The guy behind the counter was very nice and informative when turning in the application for hiring.
Wish I could give zero stars, so called “manager” was extremely rude follows you around the whole store, and makes you feel uncomfortable. Not to mention the store is gross, mask are dirty and covered in finger prints. Wish I could’ve taken pictures but the “manager” kicked out my family after confronting him about following us.
Seriously annoying staff. I was there for 5 minutes before every man that was working approached me. 11.1.22 at 3:30 pm. It made me really uncomfortable to be asked 4 times, by different people, after 5 minutes of being in the store if I needed something. It was either creepy, or they thought I was going to steal. I mean, I have pink hair and tattoos, but seriously, not cool. When I asked to be left alone the short older man had A LOT to say to his co workers about me being the ridiculous one. I offered to leave my bag at the front of the store if me carrying the backpack was why I was being approached so much. The guy was just being unprofessional and shouting and antagonizing me for asking that I be given space. Maybe don't be a creepy lurker and follow a girl around the store or profile her as a theif and you won't have people ask you to just let them shop. Was planning on dropping some cash too, as I love doing events. Find another halloween store. The short older guy needs an attitude adjustment.
Large store with tons of costumes in different price ranges. Organized by theme Star Wars, Superhero so super easy to find what you're looking for. Customer service was very good.
Do not go here if you have kids or if you’re a women. This weird like 50 year old man employee came up to me and my boyfriend then he said “ oh that’s perfect for your tiktok. Have him wear the mask and have him slaughter you” cuz it was a mask and a knife headband. He then followed us for the rest of the time we where there. Very unsettling.
Card only store. The girl with black hair at the register seems like she hates her job and has always had an attitude while ringing people up. This store needs better customer service!!! Definitely won't be returning!
Super nice and big and they're very good competitive pricing customer service also was very good would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a Halloween and Halloween costume stuff it's a must check out
