PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING RENTAL
•
The vehicle we have available are High End & Exotics and by requesting this vehicle you are agreeing to these different terms.
•
You are required to demonstrate that you have applicable personal insurance that will cover this rental, including coverage of at least $300,000 for property damage to the vehicle and $300,000 per accident occurrence-coverage that would apply to this rental.
•
Vehicle may not leave the state of California, doing so will automatically forfeit your deposit.
•
A major credit card must be on file even if paying with cash.
•
Deposits are from $1000-$2000 depending on the situation and can be paid by either cash or we may place a hold on your card. Deposits placed by card gets returned within 3-7 business days.
•
You will be responsible for any wear and tear to the vehicle.
•
You must be at least 25 years old to book our vehicles and must currently hold an auto insurance policy.
•
If you are a driver with a driver’s license issued outside of the USA, you must provide a valid passport and valid driver’s license from your home country.
•
The daily rate includes 200 miles. Additional miles may be purchased at $3 a mile, up to a maximum of 100 miles per day.

RULES:
- Return the car in the same condition it was rented out.
- Never wipe the paint of the car with water and paper towels or chamois. It will scratch the car and you will have to pay for clear coat/paint. If the car is dirty and you don't have time to get the washed you're better off leaving the car as is.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING in the car, you will be charged $300.
- Premium gasoline only. Keep receipts.
- No track use or racing allowed whatsoever. Unusual wear and tear will be billed.
- CAR IS AFFIXED WITH GPS MONITORING AND TRACKS MILEAGE, SPEED, RPM’S AND SUDDEN STOPS. DRIVE RESPONSIBLY.
