My husband and I both trained with Todd for 6 months. Todd was just the kind of trainer we were looking for that we'd been missing at the sort of "big box gyms" in town. We didn't want a drill sergeant and we didn't want a guy who just blindly told everybody to do the same thing. Todd did great to tailor each work out to both my husband and I so we both got a good work out and worked with our limitations like I'm not so great at push ups!. His facility had a great variety of equipment — not just machines — so it kept things interesting. If you want to try something news and jump start your fitness, I highly recommend going to Todd and Phase 5.
