"The Spring Hill Campus serves the educational needs of the growing population in southwestern Hernando County. The seven building campus opened to approximately 1,400 students in the fall of 2010.The campus is comprised of the College Store, Conference Center, Library, Technology and Academic Success Center and multiple classroom buildings. The focal point of the campus is the 20,000-square-foot library, with 30-foot-high ceilings and a grand staircase. Additionally, the Rao Musunuru, M.D. Conference Center offers opportunities for meeting space for students, faculty, staff and the community. Classes cover a number of disciplines and expand the range of class offerings that lead to an Associate in Arts AA degree."

So, PHSCC is a mixed bag. This campus is physically nice with easy parking, lots of trees and a relaxed feel.  However, the administration and registration staffs are very difficult to work with. No one returns phone calls or emails. Information on the website is outdated. And when you ask them about it, they shrug and say it’s not their problem.  Some of the teachers are good, but many are not. One instructor didn’t finish teaching her match curriculum before the end of the semester, so the final exam covered information that she never taught. Then she just passed everyone so it didn’t look bad on her.  I definitely recommend checking out rate my professor before signing up for a class.

Everyone inside is so nice and helpful. They make sure you get your questions answered and everything clear for you. I got a lot of help and support, starting from the registration, the advisor, the financial aid passing by the library, the test center and not ending at the class where the professors and the instructors.

They claim to have all great teachers, but that's a lie. There are some that cannot teach, they just talk and talk and others explain things in dumb ways. Waste of time. They are not coordinated and don't have enough staff.

Revive all our library before it's too late !!!!

Absolutely loved my experience at PHSC! The staff, teachers, atmosphere, everything was amazing. Talk about an experience that will last a lifetime; along with friendships that will last just as long. I miss this college so much!

It's a small campus but it's beautiful and well maintained, the staff actually care about educating

When applying: This place is the definition of unorganized and miscommunication. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone back and forth because I was sent with the wrong paperwork, or was told I didn't need something when I actually needed it.  When you receive information make sure you take their name down. So when you're told that you're wrong you can at least try to get them to correct one of the hundreds of people who aren't on the same page.

My boyfriend is currently enrolled in Phsc and it's awful! I've never seen a college run so haphazardly. I'm not sure if it's just the Spring Hill Campus, or the entire school but I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Cheated me out of several thousand dollars and set my education back by years by encouraging loans to be taken and blatantly lieing about the dates funds would be released.
