Directed by Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, Christine Romani-Ruby, our facility promises safe and effective programs for every...body. We have a 2900 square foot studio offering both equipment and mat classes as well as privates and semi-privates. All ages are welcome, including children.
