ASHP believes that the mission of pharmacists is to help people make the best use of medications.
The mission of ASHP is to advance and support the professional practice of pharmacists in hospitals and health systems and serve as their collective voice on issues related to medication use and public health.
The mission of PCP SSHP is to make students aware of pharmacy practice in hospitals and health systems; encourage students to become active members of PCPSHP, PSHP, and ASHP; encourage student interest and engagement in hospital and health system pharmacy practice including residencies and fellowships; and aide the community with student-provided services.
