I been taking the women's self defense class here, this place is amazing. Very good training and I have learned so many different techniques, skills and overall conditioning. This place has a family atmosphere and there are people in the classes of all different levels. it truly is a judgment free zone.

I've been involved with traditional martial arts for my entire life. Unfortunately, after meeting and training with Sumptner Sensei in August 2018, I was called out of state within 24 hours and unable to return. I say this: If given the opportunity, I would wear a white belt again, stand at the back of the line, and do whatever he says in an instant. I have seen ONE other dojo like this in my entire life. You are fool not to train there
