Philadelphian The Condominiums

Went there with a friend to go visit somebody's mother. It was a very beautiful place with a even better view of the parkway in center City. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful place to live. The staff was very nice also. Keep up the good work Jeff B

This is my 21st year living here. I have made this my home, and I couldn't be happier. I have everything I need in this building, and I can't imagine living anywhere else, especially during the pandemic.

I know someone who lives here. It is a very nice place for an older person to live because mostly everything is under one roof. There is a supermarket a bank and a cleaners under the same roof it's the coolest idea ever. There is more too, I believe they have a bank also.

Incredible location, museums at your doorstep, river trail connecting you to 100s of miles of trails past Valley Forge. Walk to transit, restaurants, groceries... very excited to be here!

It is a beautiful place for retirees, and or professionals. They have a shuttle bus taking residents to and from shopping sites and the Arts on Broad Street. Summer concerts at the Art Museum can be unnerving for some.

Little Pete's Restaurant with outdoor dining. Inside is full bar. Booths, tables. Excellent food! Not a better hamburger in Philly. Fresh ground sirloin. Building has been upgraded and a great spot to live. 2 block a from Museum of Art. Fairmount Park is your yard. Klein Bros deli is awesome. Pharmacy. Great place to have Breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Friendly crowd. Safe.

Great condo with wonderful amenities. Gym, pool, valet parking garage, shuttle bus that does a loop around center city every 30-45 minutes 6 days a week, library, social rooms, art room, plus awesome staff that really make it feel like home.

A well kept and maintained property that makes me happy and comfortable knowing it's where my Mother resides. I love this place. Friendly, caring neighbors all around.

Wonderful community. Large and bright spartments. Great restarants and cultural attractions in area. Fantastic for empty nesters

Some really nice people of various ages backgrounds & religions live here and get along wonderfully.
