Philly Pretzel Factory - Morgantown

The people that work there are really nice. The pretzels were delicious but we also got them fresh. The variety of dipping sauces is awesome.

The young kid sat on table on his phone while our pretzels were baking. Then he didn’t even offer us all fresh pretzels. No conversation and acted as though we were putting him out to get our order ready. Will NEVER come back 6/16/2022

When they are freshly made, the Pretzels are wonderful. Great selection of dipping sauces. They just added Lakeside Creamery ice cream from Garrett County Maryland- it is delightful! Many tasty flavors to choose from. Check it out.

I decided to try the mini pretzels called Rivets in the shaker cup. They were very tasty and I paired that with the superhot mustard. Their mustard here is absolutely fantastic. I then tried the spicy brown mustard as well and it was amazing. The prices are very affordable and not pricey. I highly recommend this place.

So happy that you’re open!! Fantastic product, fantastic service! They made me a party tray in 15 minutes, it was an absolute hit at my weekly office meeting. Keep it up, solid effort to you guys! I’ll be back real soon.

I havent had their pretzels but I loved their new icecream selection! It was very good! Try the peanut fudge and the butter fudge! They have a nice, balanced and buttery taste with a consistency like Gelato!

My pretzels were dry and disgusting, I ordered a pizza pretzel and they put it in a bag so all of the cheese and pepperoni came off and stuck to the bag. I wanted a twist they were fresh so they gave me bites which is fine, if those were fresh but they were not. Definitely won’t be trying this place again

The Philly Pretzel Factory in Morgantown, WV is conveniently located just a few miles from WVU. I am originally from Philly and live in Ohio now. It was opened in February. The pretzels are just as good as the ones in Philly, and their Pepperoni melt pretzel was TO DIE FOR! It was Ambrosia! They have so many specials and different varieties. Definitely worth every visit!

I'd been looking forward to a Morgantown trip to go there. Drove over, ordered a pepperoni melt, none ready, would an 8 minute wait. Asked about another item, nope. Bought a shaker cup and left.

Amazing place everything is so fresh I had a cinnamon twist so very delicious the staff is super friendly the owner is very nice fair prices I highly recommend for everyone to stop by and check it out I'm sure you will be pleased
